Il tourne autour de la tige de valve en fonction du mouvement du disque de valve. L&#039;orifice du si\u00e8ge de soupape varie directement proportionnellement \u00e0 la course du disque. En tant qu&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ment de pipeline pour le contr\u00f4le des processus d&#039;automatisation industrielle, il est principalement utilis\u00e9 pour couper ou connecter le fluide dans le pipeline, et peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9gulation et le contr\u00f4le du d\u00e9bit. M\u00e9thodes d&#039;entretien du robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique \u00e9lectrique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1. Les pi\u00e8ces non m\u00e9talliques doivent \u00eatre retir\u00e9es de l&#039;agent de nettoyage imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s le nettoyage et ne doivent pas \u00eatre tremp\u00e9es pendant une longue p\u00e9riode.<\/li><li>2. Apr\u00e8s le nettoyage, il doit \u00eatre assembl\u00e9 une fois que l&#039;agent de nettoyage sur le mur lav\u00e9 s&#039;est volatilis\u00e9 (il peut \u00eatre essuy\u00e9 avec un chiffon en soie non imbib\u00e9 d&#039;agent de nettoyage), mais il ne doit pas \u00eatre mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pendant une longue p\u00e9riode, sinon il rouillera et \u00eatre contamin\u00e9 par la poussi\u00e8re.<\/li><li>3. Les pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es d\u00e9mont\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre nettoy\u00e9es par immersion. Les parties m\u00e9talliques des pi\u00e8ces non m\u00e9talliques d\u00e9mont\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre frott\u00e9es avec un chiffon en soie propre et fin impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 de produit nettoyant (pour \u00e9viter que les fibres ne tombent et n&#039;adh\u00e8rent aux pi\u00e8ces). Lors du nettoyage, toute graisse, salet\u00e9, colle accumul\u00e9e, poussi\u00e8re, etc. adh\u00e9r\u00e9e au mur doit \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9e.<\/li><li>4. Les nouvelles pi\u00e8ces doivent \u00eatre nettoy\u00e9es avant l&#039;assemblage.<\/li><li>5. Pendant l&#039;assemblage, les d\u00e9bris m\u00e9talliques, les fibres, la graisse (sauf celles sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es pour l&#039;utilisation), la poussi\u00e8re, les autres impuret\u00e9s et les corps \u00e9trangers ne doivent pas contaminer, adh\u00e9rer ou rester \u00e0 la surface des pi\u00e8ces ou de la cavit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure.<\/li><li>6. Ce n&#039;est que lorsque la pression autour du robinet \u00e0 bille est rel\u00e2ch\u00e9e que celui-ci peut \u00eatre d\u00e9mont\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-main-features-of-the-electric-ball-valve\">\u2161. Principales caract\u00e9ristiques du robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique \u00e9lectrique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1. La bague d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 est en PTFE et d&#039;autres mat\u00e9riaux \u00e9lastiques. Cette structure permet de bonnes performances d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et \u00e0 la vanne d&#039;\u00eatre facilement scell\u00e9e, et la capacit\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique augmente avec l&#039;augmentation de la pression moyenne.<\/li><li>2. Le joint de tige de valve est fiable. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la tige de vanne tourne uniquement sans se soulever, le joint d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la tige de vanne n&#039;est pas facile \u00e0 endommager et la capacit\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 augmente avec l&#039;augmentation de la pression moyenne.<\/li><li>3. Gr\u00e2ce au roulement de but\u00e9e r\u00e9duisant le couple de friction de la tige de vanne, un fonctionnement stable et flexible \u00e0 long terme de la tige de vanne \u00e0 bille \u00e9lectrique sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9.<\/li><li>4. Fonction antistatique : un ressort est plac\u00e9 entre la bille, la tige de vanne et le corps de vanne pour exporter l&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 statique g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e lors du processus de commutation.<\/li><li>5. Faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9coulement. Le robinet \u00e0 bille pr\u00e9sente la r\u00e9sistance au d\u00e9bit la plus faible parmi toutes les vannes. M\u00eame le robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique de diam\u00e8tre r\u00e9duit pr\u00e9sente une tr\u00e8s faible r\u00e9sistance au d\u00e9bit.<\/li><li>6. Comme le PTFE et d&#039;autres mat\u00e9riaux ont une bonne autolubrification et une faible perte de friction avec la bille, la dur\u00e9e de vie du robinet \u00e0 bille est longue.<\/li><li>7. La tige de valve mont\u00e9e en bas et la marche convexe de la t\u00eate de la tige de valve emp\u00eachent la tige de valve de s&#039;\u00e9jecter. The produced ammonia can then be used as a fertilizer, or it can be further processed into urea or nitric acid. A mixture of hydrogen and nitrogen, usually originating from a steam reformer, is admitted to the synthesis loop and then compressed in two stages into the synthesis pressure of 150-300 bar (2200-4400 psi). The stream is preheated by heat exchange with the hot effluent coming out of the converter before entering the ammonia converter.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nThe ammonia conversion process is a compromise between temperature and pressure. For the catalyst to be efficient a temperature of at least 400 \u00b0C (750 \u00b0F) is needed,\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nbut since the reaction is exothermic a higher temperature negatively affects product yield. To counter this issue, the pressure is increased to push the reaction equilibrium toward ammonia (thus increasing product yield). Heat is recovered from the effluent by generating steam and by pre-heating the incoming feed. At atmospheric conditions, it is lighter than air with a pungent odor. It is a highly caustic irritant that is both toxic and flammable. Industrial ammonia is sold either as ammonia liquor or as pressurized or refrigerated anhydrous liquid ammonia transported in tank cars or cylinders.
