La vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage dynamique est utilis\u00e9e pour r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me d&#039;\u00e9quilibre de pression diff\u00e9rentielle de d\u00e9rivation caus\u00e9 par le fonctionnement fr\u00e9quent des vannes de r\u00e9gulation de temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9. Lorsque la pression de service du fluide du syst\u00e8me d\u00e9passe la pression de service admissible du radiateur, le\u00a0<strong>vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage dynamique<\/strong>\u00a0doit \u00eatre install\u00e9 sur le tuyau d\u2019alimentation en eau pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&#039;est-ce qu&#039;une vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage statique ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les vannes d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage statiques, \u00e9galement connues sous le nom de vannes d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage, vannes d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage manuelles, vannes d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage \u00e0 verrouillage num\u00e9rique, vannes de r\u00e9gulation \u00e0 double position, sont utilis\u00e9es pour r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me de l&#039;\u00e9quilibre diff\u00e9rentiel de pression de d\u00e9rivation dans la conception des pipelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principe de la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibre statique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le principe de fonctionnement de la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage statique est de modifier la r\u00e9sistance au d\u00e9bit \u00e0 travers la vanne en modifiant le jeu (ouverture) entre le noyau de la vanne et le si\u00e8ge afin d&#039;atteindre l&#039;objectif de r\u00e9gulation du d\u00e9bit. Son objet d&#039;action est la r\u00e9sistance du syst\u00e8me, qui peut distribuer la nouvelle eau selon la proportion calcul\u00e9e par le projet. Chaque branche augmente ou diminue proportionnellement en m\u00eame temps, et satisfait toujours aux exigences. La demande de d\u00e9bit en charge partielle sous les besoins pr\u00e9climatiques joue un r\u00f4le de bilan thermique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installation d&#039;une vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage statique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage statique peut \u00eatre install\u00e9e sur un tuyau d&#039;alimentation en eau ou sur le tuyau de retour. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, il doit \u00eatre install\u00e9 sur le tuyau de retour. Surtout pour les boucles \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, afin de faciliter le d\u00e9bogage, il doit \u00eatre install\u00e9 sur le tuyau de retour. Inside the DPCV, two cavities are separated by means of a membrane. One cavity is internally connected to the upstream side of the DPCV while the other one is connected to a remote location by means of a small capillary pipe.
