Ces applications incluent la pasteurisation, la s\u00e9paration, les syst\u00e8mes de remplissage, les filtres et les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&#039;est-ce qu&#039;un <strong><mark style=\"background-color:var(--base)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/fr\/categorie-de-produits\/water-control-valve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Soupape \u00e0 pression constante<\/a><\/mark><\/strong>?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les vannes \u00e0 pression constante contr\u00f4lent la pression du syst\u00e8me en aval de la vanne, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire vers le r\u00e9servoir, le pressostat et tous les points d&#039;utilisation de la maison.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"330\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/pressure-reducing-valve.jpg\" alt=\"D\u00e9tendeur\" class=\"wp-image-16737\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/pressure-reducing-valve.jpg 330w, https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/pressure-reducing-valve-300x273.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 330px) 100vw, 330px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment fonctionne une vanne \u00e0 pression constante ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La pression interm\u00e9diaire Pe, entre la pression d&#039;entr\u00e9e (pression primaire) P1 et la pression de sortie (pression secondaire) P2, est form\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la vanne pilote et est transmise au sommet de la vanne principale pour maintenir une ouverture appropri\u00e9e de la vanne principale.<\/li><li>Lorsque la quantit\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e du c\u00f4t\u00e9 sortie diminue et que la pression de sortie P2 augmente au-dessus de la pression r\u00e9gl\u00e9e, la vanne pilote A s&#039;ouvre et la vanne pilote B se ferme pour augmenter la pression interm\u00e9diaire Pe. Cela provoque une restriction de la vanne principale et une r\u00e9duction de la pression de sortie \u00e0 la pression r\u00e9gl\u00e9e.<br>\u00c0 l&#039;inverse, lorsque la quantit\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e du c\u00f4t\u00e9 sortie augmente et que la pression de sortie P2 chute en dessous de la pression r\u00e9gl\u00e9e, la vanne pilote A se ferme et la vanne pilote B s&#039;ouvre pour r\u00e9duire la pression interm\u00e9diaire Pe. Cela provoque l&#039;ouverture de la vanne principale et l&#039;augmentation de la pression de sortie jusqu&#039;\u00e0 la pression r\u00e9gl\u00e9e.<\/li><li>Avec le m\u00eame m\u00e9canisme, la vanne pilote r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la fluctuation de la pression d&#039;entr\u00e9e, ajustant ainsi automatiquement l&#039;ouverture de la vanne principale de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e et maintenant la pression de sortie \u00e0 la pression r\u00e9gl\u00e9e.<\/li><li>Dans l&#039;\u00e9tat compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9, la vanne pilote B est compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9e par la pression de sortie et, en m\u00eame temps, la pression d&#039;entr\u00e9e est re\u00e7ue efficacement par le haut de la vanne principale. La vanne principale est ainsi ferm\u00e9e fermement et les c\u00f4t\u00e9s entr\u00e9e et sortie sont compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9s.<\/li><li>La pression de r\u00e9glage peut \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision \u00e0 l&#039;aide du ressort h\u00e9lico\u00efdal de la vanne pilote.<br>Si la vanne principale, la vanne pilote A ou la vanne pilote B est obstru\u00e9e par un corps \u00e9tranger, la vanne obstru\u00e9e s&#039;ouvre en r\u00e9ponse au changement de pression d\u00fb au colmatage et \u00e9limine automatiquement le corps \u00e9tranger.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Composition structurelle de la vanne \u00e0 pression constante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a un syst\u00e8me de diaphragme et de piston \u00e0 bobine \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la vanne. Le syst\u00e8me r\u00e9agira imm\u00e9diatement au changement de pression du produit pour ajuster sa position afin de maintenir la pression pr\u00e9d\u00e9finie inchang\u00e9e. La vanne fonctionne gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une vanne de r\u00e9gulation de pression pour le gaz comprim\u00e9 et un manom\u00e8tre sur la ligne de production. La conception optimis\u00e9e du corps principal conf\u00e8re au CPM-2 les avantages des produits qui incluent une propret\u00e9 extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9e. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que l&#039;entr\u00e9e est \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s du bas du corps principal de la vanne, il n&#039;y a aucune accumulation de liquide r\u00e9siduel. La vanne de r\u00e9gulation de pression constante est principalement utilis\u00e9e pour assurer la pression constante de l&#039;\u00e9chantillon d&#039;eau dans le dispositif d&#039;\u00e9chantillonnage de vapeur d&#039;eau. Il convient \u00e0 la vanne de r\u00e9gulation de limitation de courant d&#039;\u00e9chantillonnage manuel de l&#039;entreprise. Le dispositif de contr\u00f4le de pression constante peut r\u00e9gler la pression de sortie entre 0,05 et 0,5 Mpa en ajustant le volant. Lorsque la pression d&#039;entr\u00e9e fluctue consid\u00e9rablement, l&#039;ouverture de la vanne est automatiquement ajust\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la vanne pour maintenir la pression de sortie stable.<\/li><li>2. Le dispositif de contr\u00f4le de pression constante a la fonction de protection contre les surpressions. Lorsque la pression de sortie d\u00e9passe la valeur d\u00e9finie, la vanne se ferme automatiquement pour \u00e9viter d&#039;endommager l&#039;instrument.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avantages de la vanne \u00e0 pression constante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Capable de travailler dans les deux sens d\u2019\u00e9coulement (amont et aval)<\/li><li>Contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis du c\u00f4ne de vanne gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une conception \u00e0 membrane plate multicouche (longue dur\u00e9e de vie)<\/li><li>Nettoyabilit\u00e9 parfaite, pas de zones mortes, pas de crevasses, vanne enti\u00e8rement ouverte pour un d\u00e9bit CIP suffisant<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Excellent contr\u00f4le de la pression et performances compl\u00e8tes d\u2019arr\u00eat des liquides<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les parties d&#039;ouverture et de fermeture de la vanne \u00e9tant align\u00e9es le long d&#039;un seul axe, la vanne pilote assure un excellent contr\u00f4le de la pression dans toutes les conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9canisme de fermeture unique permet d&#039;obtenir une performance compl\u00e8te d&#039;arr\u00eat de l&#039;eau.
