Pour un fluide incompressible, l&#039;\u00e9quation d&#039;\u00e9coulement peut \u00eatre obtenue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-compared-with-other-valves-balancing-valves-have-the-following-characteristics\">Par rapport aux autres vannes, les vannes d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage pr\u00e9sentent les caract\u00e9ristiques suivantes\u00a0:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>(1) Caract\u00e9ristiques de d\u00e9bit lin\u00e9aire, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire que dans des conditions de diff\u00e9rence de pression constante entre l&#039;avant et l&#039;arri\u00e8re de la vanne, le d\u00e9bit et l&#039;ouverture sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement lin\u00e9aires\u00a0;<\/li><li>(2) Il existe des indicateurs pr\u00e9cis d\u2019ouverture ;<\/li><li>(3) Avec le dispositif de verrouillage d&#039;ouverture, les non-gestionnaires ne peuvent pas modifier la connexion du compteur d&#039;ouverture \u00e0 volont\u00e9 et peuvent facilement afficher la diff\u00e9rence de pression avant et apr\u00e8s la vanne et le d\u00e9bit \u00e0 travers la vanne.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages, son application dans les syst\u00e8mes d&#039;eau de climatisation pose encore de nombreux probl\u00e8mes. Si ces probl\u00e8mes ne sont pas r\u00e9solus correctement, les caract\u00e9ristiques de la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage ne pourront pas \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement affich\u00e9es. La fonction de la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage est de r\u00e9guler le d\u00e9bit pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9 de chaque point de distribution (comme chaque \u00e9tage) du syst\u00e8me. La vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage est install\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;entr\u00e9e de chaque b\u00e2timent, afin que le d\u00e9bit total du syst\u00e8me de chauffage puisse \u00eatre raisonnablement r\u00e9parti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le principe de la vanne auto-\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e ZLF est la r\u00e9gulation inverse dans le corps de la vanne. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque la pression \u00e0 l&#039;entr\u00e9e augmente, le diam\u00e8tre de la vanne est automatiquement r\u00e9duit et le d\u00e9bit est r\u00e9duit, et vice versa. En cas d&#039;inversion, le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9gulation ne fonctionnera pas. De plus, le disque de la vanne qui joue un r\u00f4le r\u00e9gulateur est directionnel, et la pression inverse peut m\u00eame r\u00e9duire, voire fermer le d\u00e9bit. Puisque la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage est install\u00e9e pour un meilleur chauffage, il n&#039;y a aucun probl\u00e8me d&#039;installation invers\u00e9e. S\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une contrefa\u00e7on, c\u2019est une erreur humaine, bien s\u00fbr, elle sera corrig\u00e9e. La vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibre appartient \u00e0 la cat\u00e9gorie des vannes de r\u00e9gulation. Son principe de fonctionnement consiste \u00e0 ajuster le d\u00e9bit en modifiant le jeu entre le tiroir et le si\u00e8ge (c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire l&#039;ouverture) et en modifiant la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9coulement du fluide \u00e0 travers la vanne. La vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibre est \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment papillon dont la r\u00e9sistance locale peut \u00eatre modifi\u00e9e. Pour un fluide incompressible, l&#039;\u00e9quation d&#039;\u00e9coulement peut \u00eatre obtenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kv est le coefficient de valve de la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle est d\u00e9finie comme la valeur du d\u00e9bit (m3\/h) circulant \u00e0 travers la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage lorsque la pression diff\u00e9rentielle entre l&#039;avant et l&#039;arri\u00e8re de la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage est de 1 bar (environ 1 kgf\/cm2). Le coefficient de vanne de la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage \u00e0 verrouillage num\u00e9rique est \u00e9gal \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9bit de la vanne ordinaire lorsqu&#039;elle est compl\u00e8tement ouverte. Si l&#039;ouverture de la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage reste inchang\u00e9e, le coefficient de vanne Kv reste inchang\u00e9, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire que le coefficient de vanne Kv d\u00e9pend de l&#039;ouverture. Les coefficients de vanne \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes ouvertures peuvent \u00eatre obtenus par mesure r\u00e9elle.
