Emplacement d&#039;installation de <strong><mark style=\"background-color:var(--base)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/fr\/categorie-de-produits\/balancing-valve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage automatique<\/a><\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage automatique peut \u00eatre install\u00e9e dans la canalisation d&#039;alimentation en eau ou dans la canalisation de retour d&#039;eau (une seule dans chaque boucle). Pour le c\u00f4t\u00e9 boucle primaire de la station thermique, afin de faciliter le d\u00e9bogage de l&#039;\u00e9quilibre, il est recommand\u00e9 d&#039;installer la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage dans la canalisation de retour d&#039;eau avec une temp\u00e9rature d&#039;eau plus basse. Installez sur un tuyau droit autant que possible.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage a pour fonction de mesurer le d\u00e9bit, afin de rendre le d\u00e9bit stable \u00e0 travers la vanne et d&#039;assurer la pr\u00e9cision de la mesure, la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibre doit \u00eatre install\u00e9e dans la section de tuyau droite autant que possible lorsque les conditions le permettent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-pay-attention-to-the-balance-between-the-new-system-and-the-original-system\">3. Faites attention \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9quilibre entre le nouveau syst\u00e8me et le syst\u00e8me d&#039;origine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu&#039;un nouveau syst\u00e8me avec vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage est connect\u00e9 au r\u00e9seau de canalisations de chauffage (refroidissement) d&#039;origine, il faut pr\u00eater attention \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9quilibre de la distribution d&#039;eau entre le nouveau syst\u00e8me et le syst\u00e8me d&#039;origine, afin d&#039;\u00e9viter la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;eau du nouveau syst\u00e8me. (ou le syst\u00e8me r\u00e9form\u00e9) avec une vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage \u00e9tant plus haute que celle du syst\u00e8me d&#039;origine et ne parvenant pas \u00e0 atteindre le d\u00e9bit d&#039;eau requis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-no-need-to-install-stop-valves\">4. Pas besoin d&#039;installer <strong><mark style=\"background-color:var(--base)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/fr\/produit\/resilient-seated-gate-valve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vannes d&#039;arr\u00eat<\/a><\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de l&#039;inspection d&#039;une boucle, la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage de la boucle peut \u00eatre ferm\u00e9e. A ce moment, la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage joue le r\u00f4le de vanne d&#039;arr\u00eat pour couper le d\u00e9bit d&#039;eau. Apr\u00e8s inspection, la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage peut revenir \u00e0 sa position verrouill\u00e9e d&#039;origine. Par cons\u00e9quent, lorsque la vanne d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage est install\u00e9e, la vanne d&#039;arr\u00eat n&#039;a pas besoin d&#039;\u00eatre r\u00e9install\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-when-adding-or-canceling-loops-the-system-should-be-readjusted\">5. Lors de l&#039;ajout (ou de l&#039;annulation) de boucles, le syst\u00e8me doit \u00eatre r\u00e9ajust\u00e9.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de l&#039;ajout (ou de la suppression) de boucles dans le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9seau de canalisations, \u00e0 l&#039;exception de l&#039;ajout (ou de la fermeture) des vannes d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage correspondantes, en principe, toutes les nouvelles vannes d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage et les vannes d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage des boucles du syst\u00e8me d&#039;origine doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9ajust\u00e9es (vannes d&#039;\u00e9quilibrage de d\u00e9rivation dans le syst\u00e8me d&#039;origine). la boucle n&#039;a pas besoin d&#039;\u00eatre r\u00e9ajust\u00e9e).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Mise en service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Il est conseill\u00e9 de rincer le syst\u00e8me. Gardez la vanne compl\u00e8tement ouverte lors du rin\u00e7age.<\/li><li>Si un test de pression du syst\u00e8me est requis, la pression maximale autoris\u00e9e PS peut \u00eatre d\u00e9pass\u00e9e jusqu&#039;\u00e0 24 bars maximum. Les tests de pression doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante et avec la vanne compl\u00e8tement ouverte.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Mesure \u2013 Pression et d\u00e9bit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Soyez tr\u00e8s attentif lors de la mesure, en cas de fluide chaud\u00a0!<\/li><li>Les bouchons de test de pression sont auto-obturants. D\u00e9vissez le capuchon du bouchon de test de pression et ins\u00e9rez la sonde.<\/li><li>Visser la bague de la sonde sur le bouchon de test de pression.<\/li><li>Nous recommandons de placer une vanne d&#039;isolement en amont de la sonde.<\/li><li>Apr\u00e8s la mesure, d\u00e9visser et extraire la sonde. Revissez le capuchon du bouchon.<\/li><li>Ouvrir compl\u00e8tement la vanne (rotation compl\u00e8te dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d&#039;une montre).<\/li><li>Visser le manom\u00e8tre reli\u00e9 aux bouchons de pression.<\/li><li>Tournez le volant dans le sens des aiguilles d\u2019une montre en observant le raccordement du manom\u00e8tre. Inside the DPCV, two cavities are separated by means of a membrane. One cavity is internally connected to the upstream side of the DPCV while the other one is connected to a remote location by means of a small capillary pipe.
