Il peut minimiser le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de solides dans le fluide au niveau de la vanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Si le dispositif de transmission doit \u00eatre d\u00e9mont\u00e9, la position limite doit \u00eatre r\u00e9ajust\u00e9e apr\u00e8s la restauration de l&#039;installation. Un mauvais r\u00e9glage affectera le volume de fuite et la dur\u00e9e de vie de la vanne.<\/li><li>3) Lors du soudage de vannes papillon, le fil de terre de la soudeuse \u00e9lectrique doit \u00eatre chevauch\u00e9 sur le tuyau en acier de la soudure du m\u00eame c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour emp\u00eacher le courant de traverser le corps de la vanne et br\u00fbler la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9.<\/li><li>4) Lors de l&#039;installation du tuyau vertical de la vanne de soudage, de l&#039;eau d&#039;une hauteur d&#039;au moins 10\u00a0mm doit \u00eatre inject\u00e9e au-dessus de la plaque de vanne ferm\u00e9e\u00a0; lorsque la vanne de soudage est install\u00e9e horizontalement, un chiffon humide doit \u00eatre enroul\u00e9 sur la vanne.<\/li><li>5) Apr\u00e8s l&#039;installation, nettoyez soigneusement la salet\u00e9 sur la vanne papillon excentrique et effectuez 2 \u00e0 3 tests de commutation complets pour v\u00e9rifier si la vanne peut fonctionner normalement.<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avant d&#039;installer la vanne papillon excentrique, faites attention au sens d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. The closing mechanism takes the form of a disk. Operation is similar to that of Ball Valves, which allows for quick shut-off. Butterfly valves are generally favored because they are lower in cost than other valve designs as well as being lighter in weight, meaning less support is required. The disc is positioned in the center of the pipe, passing through the disc is a rod connected to an actuator on the outside of the valve. Rotating the actuator turns the disc either parallel or perpendicular to the flow. The stem passes through the disc\u2019s centerline, and the seat is the inside diameter periphery of the valve body (Figure 4 on the left). This zero-offset valve design is known as resilient-seated because efficient sealing relies on the flexibility of the rubber seat. When closing, the disc first comes into contact with the seat at around 85\u00b0 during a 90\u00b0 rotation. Concentric butterfly valves are suitable for low-pressure ranges.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Double Offset Butterfly Valve<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>This popular valve is also known as a high-performance butterfly valve. This valve has two stems offset from the center. This creates a cam action during the application's process.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Triple Offset Butterfly Valve<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Triple Offset Butterfly Valves are essential in applications where a bubble-tight shut-off is required. In some applications, bubble-tight shut-off cannot be achieved using double offset butterfly valves.
