Il comprend principalement un papillon des gaz, une vanne de r\u00e9gulation de vitesse, un papillon des gaz de trop-plein et une vanne collectrice de d\u00e9rivation. La forme d&#039;installation est une installation horizontale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-product-features-of-automatic-flow-control-valves\">Caract\u00e9ristiques du produit des vannes de r\u00e9gulation de d\u00e9bit automatiques\u00a0:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Automatique<strong>\u00a0vanne de r\u00e9gulation de d\u00e9bit<\/strong>\u00a0est une sorte de vanne multifonction qui adopte un mode pilote de haute pr\u00e9cision pour contr\u00f4ler le d\u00e9bit. Il convient aux conduites dont le d\u00e9bit et la pression doivent \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9s dans les conduites de distribution, en maintenant le d\u00e9bit pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9 inchang\u00e9, en limitant le d\u00e9bit excessif \u00e0 une valeur pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9e et en r\u00e9duisant la haute pression en amont de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e. Il peut \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 en fonction du d\u00e9bit maximum et de la plage de d\u00e9bit de la vanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-working-principle-of-automatic-flow-control-valve\">Le principe de fonctionnement de la vanne de r\u00e9gulation de d\u00e9bit automatique\u00a0:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La structure de la vanne de r\u00e9gulation de d\u00e9bit num\u00e9rique est compos\u00e9e d&#039;un tiroir automatique, d&#039;un tiroir manuel et d&#039;un affichage. La partie d&#039;affichage est compos\u00e9e d&#039;un noyau de vanne de d\u00e9bit, d&#039;un \u00e9metteur de capteur et d&#039;un affichage de calculatrice \u00e9lectronique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son travail est extr\u00eamement complexe. Le d\u00e9bit d&#039;eau mesur\u00e9 passe \u00e0 travers la vanne, impacte la roue dans le noyau d&#039;\u00e9coulement, fait tourner la roue et d\u00e9tecte l&#039;\u00e9metteur, de sorte que le capteur envoie un signal proportionnel au d\u00e9bit. Le signal de d\u00e9bit est envoy\u00e9 au calculateur \u00e9lectronique via le fil. Apr\u00e8s calcul par calculatrice et traitement par microprocesseur, la valeur du d\u00e9bit est affich\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tiroir manuel est utilis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9guler le d\u00e9bit, en fonction de la valeur affich\u00e9e pour d\u00e9finir la valeur de d\u00e9bit requise.
