Ces actionneurs sont \u00e9galement souvent utilis\u00e9s pour l&#039;automatisation de vannes quart de tour, comme les vannes \u00e0 bille ou papillon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les actionneurs pneumatiques \u00e0 cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re convertissent l&#039;\u00e9nergie de l&#039;air comprim\u00e9 au moyen d&#039;un cylindre pneumatique en un mouvement rotatif oscillant. Un engrenage circulaire, appel\u00e9 \u00ab pignon \u00bb, engr\u00e8ne les dents d&#039;un ou deux engrenages lin\u00e9aires, appel\u00e9 \u00ab cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les actionneurs pneumatiques utilisent des pistons fix\u00e9s au support. Lorsque la puissance de l&#039;air ou du ressort est appliqu\u00e9e aux pistons, la cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re change de position. Ce mouvement lin\u00e9aire est transf\u00e9r\u00e9 au pignon rotatif (dans les deux sens) fournissant une rotation bidirectionnelle pour ouvrir et fermer la vanne connect\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pistons des actionneurs \u00e0 cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re et pignon peuvent \u00eatre pressuris\u00e9s avec de l&#039;air, du gaz ou de l&#039;huile pour fournir le mouvement lin\u00e9aire qui entra\u00eene le pignon. Des supports de montage ISO conformes aux normes mondiales sont couramment disponibles pour offrir facilit\u00e9 et flexibilit\u00e9 dans l&#039;installation directe des vannes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dimensions de montage sur les connexions des ports pneumatiques de l&#039;actionneur et sur les trous d&#039;accessoires de l&#039;actionneur et l&#039;arbre d&#039;entra\u00eenement sont \u00e9galement des caract\u00e9ristiques de conception courantes pour rendre l&#039;ajout de vannes pilotes et d&#039;accessoires plus pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les actionneurs pneumatiques \u00e0 cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re et pignon sont compacts et efficaces. Ils sont fiables, durables et offrent une bonne dur\u00e9e de vie. Il existe de nombreuses marques d&#039;actionneurs \u00e0 cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re et pignon sur le march\u00e9, toutes pr\u00e9sentant des diff\u00e9rences subtiles en termes de joints de piston, de joints d&#039;arbre, de conception de ressort et de conception de corps. Les pistons sont positionn\u00e9s sym\u00e9triquement pour une longue dur\u00e9e de vie et un fonctionnement rapide.
