Les robinets \u00e0 bille offrent un fonctionnement quart de tour fiable, un format compact et une capacit\u00e9 d&#039;arr\u00eat \u00e9tanche, ce qui en fait un choix privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour de nombreuses applications. Certains robinets \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique assurent \u00e9galement l&#039;arr\u00eat du d\u00e9bit de fluide dans les deux sens. Une caract\u00e9ristique de conception principale des \u00e9l\u00e9ments internes de vanne permet de regrouper les nombreuses variantes de vannes \u00e0 bille industrielles en deux cat\u00e9gories, distingu\u00e9es uniquement par la mani\u00e8re dont la bille est mont\u00e9e dans le corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-structure-of-trunnion-vs-floating-ball-valve\">Structure du tourillon vs <strong><mark style=\"background-color:var(--base)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/fr\/produit\/floating-ball-valve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Robinet \u00e0 bille flottant<\/a><\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique se compose d&#039;une bille mont\u00e9e sur un tourillon en bas et reli\u00e9e \u00e0 une tige en haut. Ces pi\u00e8ces sont souvent soud\u00e9es ensemble, c&#039;est pourquoi ce type de vanne est parfois appel\u00e9 vanne \u00e0 boisseau sph\u00e9rique \u00e0 tourillon ou vanne \u00e0 boisseau sph\u00e9rique \u00e0 tourillon enti\u00e8rement soud\u00e9e. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la bille est mont\u00e9e et subit moins de friction et de force de pression du fluide, cette vanne n\u00e9cessite moins de couple pour fonctionner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique flottant, quant \u00e0 lui, comprend une bille li\u00e9e \u00e0 une tige en haut mais flotte librement en bas. Ce type de conception de robinet \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique est donc capable d&#039;une fermeture bidirectionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conception de la boule \u00e0 tourillon r\u00e9sout en effet ce probl\u00e8me o\u00f9 l&#039;arbre, la boule et le tourillon agissent comme un seul ensemble qui supporte la boule au lieu des si\u00e8ges, et les si\u00e8ges deviennent \u00ab flottants \u00bb dans une sorte d&#039;inversion de la \u00ab boule flottante \u00bb. &quot; conception. De nombreux robinets \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique flottant sont capables d\u2019arr\u00eater le d\u00e9bit dans les deux sens. La bille est entra\u00een\u00e9e en rotation par un arbre reli\u00e9 au sommet qui s&#039;\u00e9tend \u00e0 travers l&#039;enceinte sous pression de la vanne pour \u00eatre connect\u00e9 \u00e0 une poign\u00e9e ou \u00e0 un actionneur automatis\u00e9.
