Il permet un nettoyage \u00e0 la brosse \u00e0 boule, sans ouvrir ni retirer la vanne de la ligne, \u00e0 la vapeur ou \u00e0 la soude caustique. Ils conviennent \u00e9galement aux r\u00e9gimes d&#039;\u00e9coulement bidirectionnels puisqu&#039;il n&#039;y a pas de selle pour \u00e9viter la transition soudaine de l&#039;entr\u00e9e \u00e0 la sortie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-03dcf478 gb-headline-text\">Fonction de la vanne \u00e0 membrane<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le diaphragme est reli\u00e9 \u00e0 un compresseur par un goujon moul\u00e9 dans le diaphragme. Pour d\u00e9marrer ou augmenter le d\u00e9bit, le compresseur est d\u00e9plac\u00e9 vers le haut par la tige de valve. Pour arr\u00eater ou ralentir le d\u00e9bit, le compresseur est abaiss\u00e9 et le diaphragme est press\u00e9 contre le bas de la vanne. Les vannes \u00e0 membrane sont excellentes pour contr\u00f4ler le d\u00e9bit de fluides contenant des mati\u00e8res en suspension et offrent la flexibilit\u00e9 d&#039;\u00eatre install\u00e9es dans n&#039;importe quelle position. Les vannes \u00e0 membrane de type d\u00e9versoir sont plus efficaces en termes d&#039;\u00e9tranglement que les vannes \u00e0 membrane droite, car la grande zone d&#039;arr\u00eat de leur conception le long du si\u00e8ge leur conf\u00e8re les caract\u00e9ristiques d&#039;une vanne \u00e0 ouverture rapide. Le diaphragme agit comme le joint de la vanne pour assurer l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 contre les fuites entre le corps et le capuchon du chapeau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les vannes \u00e0 membrane utilisent un corps de vanne \u00e0 rev\u00eatement r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la corrosion et un diaphragme r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la corrosion pour remplacer les composants du clapet de vanne et contr\u00f4ler le fluide en d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant le diaphragme. Le choix du mat\u00e9riau d\u00e9pend de la nature du mat\u00e9riau manipul\u00e9, de la temp\u00e9rature, de la pression et de la fr\u00e9quence de fonctionnement. Les mat\u00e9riaux de membrane en \u00e9lastom\u00e8re sont tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistants aux produits chimiques \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Cependant, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e9lastom\u00e8res seront affaiblies \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e (au-dessus de 150\u00b0F). Une pression \u00e9lev\u00e9e peut \u00e9galement d\u00e9truire le diaphragme. Un autre facteur qui peut affecter le fonctionnement du diaphragme est la concentration du fluide qu&#039;il va traiter. Also, the sloped body makes this valve inherently self-draining, but this draining can happen in both valve directions which may not be optimal for some applications.
