Il n&#039;est pas inflammable mais favorise la combustion. L&#039;air contient 21 vol% d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne. D\u00e9j\u00e0 de petites quantit\u00e9s de taux d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s augmentent consid\u00e9rablement le taux de combustion. Cela peut entra\u00eener une inflammation des mat\u00e9riaux. Avec des concentrations d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne accrues, il existe un risque accru d&#039;incendie et d&#039;explosion !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des vitesses \u00e9lev\u00e9es peuvent se produire notamment lors des op\u00e9rations d&#039;ouverture et de fermeture des vannes. \u00c0 des concentrations \u00e9lev\u00e9es d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne, cela peut conduire \u00e0 l&#039;inflammation de parties de l&#039;installation si des impuret\u00e9s de toute nature sont pr\u00e9sentes dans la vanne ainsi que des mat\u00e9riaux ou lubrifiants inappropri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les trois points essentiels dans la fabrication des vannes \u00e0 oxyg\u00e8ne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>S\u00e9lection de mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne<ul><li>Les pi\u00e8ces en contact avec le fluide doivent \u00eatre constitu\u00e9es de mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne. Lors de la s\u00e9lection des mat\u00e9riaux appropri\u00e9s, nous suivons la norme oxyg\u00e8ne IGC de l&#039;EIGA europ\u00e9enne. Cette norme indique que le carbone et l&#039;acier inoxydable ne peuvent plus \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 des pressions plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, mais uniquement des mat\u00e9riaux sp\u00e9ciaux dits \u00ab exempt\u00e9s \u00bb. C&#039;est pourquoi nous produisons ces robinets \u00e0 bille en laiton ou en monel et Inconel (\u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es). Alternativement, nous classons des mat\u00e9riaux standards tels que les aciers au carbone et inoxydables avec des couches de protection contre la corrosion soud\u00e9es innovantes, dont des exemples sont le nickelage ou le cuivrage.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>S\u00e9lection de mat\u00e9riaux d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 adapt\u00e9s<ul><li>Les mat\u00e9riaux d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre soigneusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s lors de la fabrication des vannes \u00e0 oxyg\u00e8ne. Les mat\u00e9riaux d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s chez Hartmann ont tous \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9s par l&#039;Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral allemand de recherche sur les mat\u00e9riaux (BAM) en ce qui concerne la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 contre la combustion de l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne pour la plage de pression et de temp\u00e9rature correspondante.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Garantir une production sans huile ni graisse<ul><li>La graisse d\u00e9j\u00e0 naturelle, comme celle de nos mains, peut suffire \u00e0 provoquer l&#039;inflammation de mat\u00e9riaux dans un environnement oxyg\u00e9n\u00e9. C&#039;est pourquoi nous avons des r\u00e8gles strictes pour la production des vannes, qui sont fix\u00e9es dans nos instructions de travail pour l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne, telles que le nettoyage par ultrasons et le montage et le test des raccords dans une salle d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne s\u00e9par\u00e9e. Il a non seulement la fonction d&#039;un robinet \u00e0 soupape ordinaire, mais pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement les caract\u00e9ristiques d&#039;un bon retardateur de flamme, d&#039;une bonne conductivit\u00e9, d&#039;un transfert de chaleur rapide, d&#039;une structure compacte, d&#039;une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;huile, d&#039;une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d&#039;une fiabilit\u00e9. Les vannes \u00e0 soupape sont principalement utilis\u00e9es dans les conduites d&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne domestiques. Le sens d&#039;\u00e9coulement des fluides de vanne courants est vers le bas et vers le haut. Dans les conditions de l&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne, le coureur de valve est diff\u00e9rent de la valve ordinaire. Choisissez vers le haut et vers le bas pour vous assurer que la tige est bien sollicit\u00e9e et que la bobine se ferme rapidement.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Chambre interne<ul><li>Dans le m\u00eame temps, la chambre int\u00e9rieure de la valve doit \u00eatre lisse et sans angles vifs. The oxygen valve is the typical \u201cimpact occasion\u201d.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nOxygen valve is a type of special valve designed for an oxygen pipeline and has been widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, and other industries involving oxygen. The material of the oxygen valve is limited to working pressure and flow rate to prevent the collision of particles and impurities in the pipeline. Therefore, the engineer should fully consider friction, static electricity, non-metal ignition, possible pollutants (carbon steel surface corrosion), and other factors when selecting an oxygen valve.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading -->\r\n<h2>Oxygen Properties<\/h2>\r\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list -->\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>The normal concentration in air is 21%<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Colorless, odorless, and tasteless.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Cannot be detected by the human senses<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Not flammable but supports and accelerates combustion.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Flammable materials, including some materials that are normally relatively<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Non-flammable in air, burn very rapidly in high oxygen concentrations.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Three elements necessary for an oxygen fire are an ignition source, oxygen, and flammable material (fuel) \u2013 known as the \u201cfire triangle\u201d<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading -->\r\n<h2>Material Used in Oxygen Valve<\/h2>\r\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nOrganic materials have ignition temperatures below those of metals. The use of organic materials in contact with oxygen should be avoided, particularly when the material is directly in the flow stream. When an organic material must be used for parts such as valve seats, diaphragms, or packing, it is preferable to select a material with the highest ignition temperature, the lowest specific heat, and the necessary mechanical properties.\r\nLubricants and sealing compounds should be used only if they are suitable for oxygen service and then used sparingly. Ordinary petroleum lubricants are not satisfactory and are particularly hazardous because of their high heat of combustion and high rate of reaction.\r\nThe approximate ignition temperatures in 138 bar (2000 psig) oxygen for a few organic materials are shown in table 1.\r\nTable 1.
