Cette conversion de mouvement se fait \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;une bo\u00eete de vitesses et d&#039;une vis m\u00e8re. La vanne de coupure \u00e9lectrique est remise en fonctionnement normal.<\/li><li>Le robinet \u00e0 soupape \u00e9lectrique doit \u00eatre ouvert avant le contr\u00f4le des fuites pour d\u00e9terminer s&#039;il n&#039;y a pas de d\u00e9faut de fuite ou si le presse-\u00e9toupe n&#039;a pas de d\u00e9faut de fuite.<\/li><li>Lorsque la vanne d&#039;arr\u00eat \u00e9lectrique est compl\u00e8tement ouverte, le volant doit \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement invers\u00e9, de sorte que les filetages soient bien serr\u00e9s, afin de ne pas perdre de dommages.<\/li><li>Vanne de coupure \u00e9lectrique normalement ouverte, la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 peut \u00eatre recouverte de salet\u00e9 collante, ferm\u00e9e lorsque vous souhaitez \u00e9galement utiliser la m\u00e9thode ci-dessus pour nettoyer, puis ferm\u00e9e formellement.<\/li><li>Si le volant, en cas de dommages ou de perte, doit \u00eatre imm\u00e9diatement termin\u00e9 et ne peut pas \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par une main \u00e0 plaque flexible, afin d&#039;\u00e9viter d&#039;endommager le carr\u00e9 de la tige, l&#039;ouverture et la fermeture ne sont pas bonnes, ce qui entra\u00eene des accidents de production.<\/li><li>Certains m\u00e9dias, dans le robinet \u00e0 soupape \u00e9lectrique, se ferment apr\u00e8s refroidissement, de sorte que la contraction de la vanne, l&#039;op\u00e9rateur du robinet \u00e0 soupape \u00e9lectrique doit \u00eatre referm\u00e9 \u00e0 un moment appropri\u00e9 afin que la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 ne laisse pas de fente, sinon le m\u00e9dia de Gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9bit \u00e0 grande vitesse fendu, il est facile d&#039;\u00e9roder la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9.<\/li><li>Lorsqu&#039;un robinet \u00e0 soupape \u00e9lectrique est utilis\u00e9 dans une canalisation de vapeur moyenne pression, le condensat doit \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9 avant l&#039;ouverture, puis un pr\u00e9chauffage de la vapeur est effectu\u00e9 et la pression de pr\u00e9chauffage est maintenue entre 0,2 MPA et 0,3 MPA.
