Le disque du robinet \u00e0 soupape peut \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement retir\u00e9 du chemin d&#039;\u00e9coulement, ou il fermera compl\u00e8tement le chemin d&#039;\u00e9coulement. Lors de l&#039;ouverture et de la fermeture de la vanne, le disque se d\u00e9place perpendiculairement au si\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce mouvement cr\u00e9e un espace annulaire entre le disque et le si\u00e8ge qui se ferme progressivement \u00e0 mesure que la vanne se ferme. L&#039;arr\u00eat est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant le disque \u00e0 contre-courant du flux plut\u00f4t qu&#039;\u00e0 travers celui-ci comme dans le cas d&#039;un robinet-vanne. Le mod\u00e8le d&#039;\u00e9coulement \u00e0 travers une vanne \u00e0 soupape implique des changements de direction, ce qui entra\u00eene une plus grande r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9coulement, provoquant une chute de pression \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Le robinet \u00e0 soupape est une excellente vanne \u00e0 utiliser pour le fonctionnement de la vapeur \u00e0 haute pression. Nos robinets \u00e0 soupape sont fabriqu\u00e9s en usine avec des mat\u00e9riaux de qualit\u00e9 pour une utilisation \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principe de fonctionnement du robinet \u00e0 soupape<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un robinet \u00e0 soupape est principalement con\u00e7u pour arr\u00eater, d\u00e9marrer et r\u00e9guler le d\u00e9bit. Il est compos\u00e9 d&#039;un disque mobile et d&#039;un si\u00e8ge annulaire fixe dans un corps g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sph\u00e9rique. Le si\u00e8ge d&#039;un robinet \u00e0 soupape se trouve au milieu et parall\u00e8lement au tuyau, et l&#039;ouverture du si\u00e8ge est ferm\u00e9e par le disque. Lorsque le disque est compl\u00e8tement relev\u00e9, le d\u00e9bit de fluide est \u00e0 son d\u00e9bit maximum. Lorsque le disque est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 un niveau inf\u00e9rieur au niveau maximum, le d\u00e9bit de fluide est r\u00e9gul\u00e9 proportionnellement \u00e0 la course verticale du disque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-globe-valve-types\"><strong>Types de robinets \u00e0 soupape<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-body-designs-of-globe-valves\">Conceptions de corps de vannes \u00e0 soupape<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe trois mod\u00e8les de corps principaux pour les vannes \u00e0 soupape, \u00e0 savoir. Mod\u00e8le en T ou corps en Z, motif en angle et motif en \u00e9toile ou corps en Y.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/0H9A7808-scaled-600x770.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"193\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Robinet \u00e0 soupape \u00e0 motif en T\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La conception de la vanne \u00e0 soupape \u00e0 motif en T (vanne \u00e0 soupape \u00e0 motif en T) est le type de corps le plus courant, avec un diaphragme en forme de Z. Le r\u00e9glage horizontal du si\u00e8ge permet \u00e0 la tige et au disque de se d\u00e9placer perpendiculairement \u00e0 la ligne horizontale. Cette conception pr\u00e9sente le coefficient de d\u00e9bit le plus bas et une chute de pression plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Ils sont utilis\u00e9s dans des services d&#039;\u00e9tranglement s\u00e9v\u00e8res, comme dans les conduites de d\u00e9rivation autour d&#039;une vanne de r\u00e9gulation. Les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de ce robinet \u00e0 soupape forment un angle de 90 degr\u00e9s et l&#039;\u00e9coulement du fluide se produit avec un seul tour de 90 degr\u00e9s. Ils ont un coefficient de d\u00e9bit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des vannes Globe \u00e0 motif en \u00e9toile. Le si\u00e8ge et la tige sont inclin\u00e9s \u00e0 environ 45 degr\u00e9s, ce qui donne un chemin d&#039;\u00e9coulement plus droit \u00e0 pleine ouverture et offre le moins de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9coulement. Ils peuvent \u00eatre fissur\u00e9s pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes sans \u00e9rosion grave. Ils sont largement utilis\u00e9s pour la limitation lors des op\u00e9rations saisonni\u00e8res ou de d\u00e9marrage. Ils peuvent \u00eatre travers\u00e9s pour \u00e9liminer les d\u00e9bris lorsqu&#039;ils sont utilis\u00e9s dans des conduites de drainage normalement ferm\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conception du chapeau des vannes \u00e0 soupape<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe trois mod\u00e8les principaux de chapeau pour les vannes \u00e0 soupape, \u00e0 savoir le chapeau viss\u00e9, le chapeau boulonn\u00e9, le chapeau soud\u00e9 ou le chapeau \u00e0 joint de pression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vanne \u00e0 soupape \u00e0 chapeau viss\u00e9\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chapeau viss\u00e9\u00a0: Il s\u2019agit de la conception la plus basique possible et elle est utilis\u00e9e pour les vannes \u00e0 faible co\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vanne \u00e0 soupape \u00e0 chapeau boulonn\u00e9\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chapeau boulonn\u00e9\u00a0: Il s&#039;agit de la conception la plus courante et on la retrouve dans la majorit\u00e9 des vannes \u00e0 soupape. Un joint est n\u00e9cessaire pour assurer l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la jonction entre le corps et le chapeau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vanne \u00e0 soupape \u00e0 chapeau soud\u00e9\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bonnet soud\u00e9\u00a0: Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une conception courante qui ne n\u00e9cessite pas de d\u00e9montage. Ils p\u00e8sent moins que leurs \u00e9quivalents \u00e0 capot boulonn\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Robinet \u00e0 soupape \u00e0 chapeau \u00e0 joint de pression\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bonnet \u00e9tanche \u00e0 pression\u00a0: ce type est couramment utilis\u00e9 dans les applications \u00e0 haute pression et \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Plus la pression dans la cavit\u00e9 du corps est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus la contrainte exerc\u00e9e sur le joint d&#039;une vanne d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 pression est importante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-globe-valve-parts\"><strong>Pi\u00e8ces de robinet \u00e0 soupape<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un robinet \u00e0 soupape comporte plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bonnet: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le chapeau est la partie ext\u00e9rieure de la vanne, qui englobe ces autres pi\u00e8ces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cage: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La cage entoure la tige \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la vanne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tige: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La tige relie le disque \u00e0 l&#039;actionneur de vanne ou au volant, transmettant la force.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disque (prise): \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La partie du robinet \u00e0 soupape qui se d\u00e9place perpendiculairement au si\u00e8ge. C&#039;est la barri\u00e8re physique mobile qui bloque (ou lib\u00e8re) le flux. Une fois ferm\u00e9, le disque repose contre le si\u00e8ge, bouchant le flux. Une fois ouvert, le disque repose au-dessus du si\u00e8ge, permettant au liquide de passer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Types de disque\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disque \u00e0 bille \u2013 adapt\u00e9 aux basses temp\u00e9ratures et aux basses pressions. Id\u00e9al pour d\u00e9marrer et arr\u00eater les op\u00e9rations. Peu adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9gulation de d\u00e9bit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disque de composition \u2013 les composites, par d\u00e9finition, sont constitu\u00e9s de plusieurs composants. Le disque est presque toujours fabriqu\u00e9 en m\u00e9tal tandis qu&#039;un anneau non m\u00e9tallique est mont\u00e9 sur le disque pour former la zone d&#039;assise. Le mat\u00e9riau de l&#039;anneau non m\u00e9tallique est choisi pour avoir de bonnes caract\u00e9ristiques de corrosion et d&#039;\u00e9rosion et peut \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9 sur mesure pour garantir qu&#039;il est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 son usage. Si l\u2019anneau non m\u00e9tallique est choisi correctement, il devrait permettre une meilleure \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. Les disques composites sont souvent utilis\u00e9s pour les applications de syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 vapeur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disque de bouchon \u2013 les disques de bouchon ont une forme longue et effil\u00e9e. La forme du disque de bouchon le rend beaucoup plus adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tranglement que les conceptions de type composite et \u00e0 disque \u00e0 billes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si\u00e8ge (anneau de si\u00e8ge)\u00a0: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cette partie de la vanne assure l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 entre la tige\/disque et le chapeau lorsque le disque est fermement press\u00e9 contre lui. Il est soit int\u00e9gr\u00e9, soit viss\u00e9 dans la valve elle-m\u00eame.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Symbole du robinet \u00e0 soupape<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/fr\/tag\/butterfly-valve-symbol\/\">symbole d&#039;un robinet \u00e0 soupape<\/a> est deux triangles lat\u00e9raux sur la m\u00eame ligne lin\u00e9aire avec<br>les points se touchant au milieu. Cela contribue \u00e0 faciliter le fonctionnement et \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger la garniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les applications avec service de vapeur \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, les vannes \u00e0 soupape sont install\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que la pression soit au-dessus du disque. Sinon, la tige se contractera lors du refroidissement et aura tendance \u00e0 soulever le disque du si\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-globe-valve-application\">Application
