Ces normes d\u00e9finissent certains crit\u00e8res qui doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9s pour faciliter l&#039;utilisation de produits de diff\u00e9rents fabricants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ANSI est l&#039;American National Standards Institute. En collaboration avec l&#039;ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers), ils ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et publi\u00e9 une norme pour les raccords \u00e0 brides. Cette norme est ASME\/ANSI B16.5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe \u00e9galement une norme europ\u00e9enne similaire, mais PAS LA M\u00caME. Cette norme est DIN, qui est un acronyme pour la traduction allemande de \u00ab Institut allemand de normalisation \u00bb. La norme sp\u00e9cifique pour les brides de tuyaux est la DIN EN 1092-1. Cette norme est \u00e9galement reconnue par l&#039;ISO (International Standards Organization) sous la norme ISO 7005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SAE est la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des ing\u00e9nieurs automobiles. Ils ont \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une norme pour les connexions de type bride o\u00f9 la bride est s\u00e9par\u00e9e des composants qu&#039;elle maintient ensemble. Cette norme est SAE J518. Cette norme est \u00e9galement reconnue par l&#039;ISO sous la norme ISO 6162.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Types de connexion \u00e0 bride<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Face plate (FF)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme leur nom l&#039;indique, les brides \u00e0 face plate pr\u00e9sentent une surface plane et uniforme combin\u00e9e \u00e0 un joint pleine face qui entre en contact avec la majeure partie de la surface de la bride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Face sur\u00e9lev\u00e9e (RF)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces brides comportent une petite section sur\u00e9lev\u00e9e autour de l&#039;al\u00e9sage avec un joint de cercle d&#039;al\u00e9sage int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Face de joint annulaire (RTJ)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilis\u00e9 dans les processus \u00e0 haute pression et haute temp\u00e9rature, ce type de face comporte une rainure dans laquelle se trouve un joint m\u00e9tallique pour maintenir l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Languette et rainure (T&amp;G)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces brides comportent des rainures assorties et des sections sur\u00e9lev\u00e9es. Cela facilite l&#039;installation car la conception aide les brides \u00e0 s&#039;auto-aligner et fournit un r\u00e9servoir pour l&#039;adh\u00e9sif pour joint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Homme et Femme (M&amp;F)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Semblables aux brides \u00e0 rainure et languette, ces brides utilisent une paire correspondante de rainures et de sections sur\u00e9lev\u00e9es pour fixer le joint. Cependant, contrairement aux brides \u00e0 rainure et languette, celles-ci retiennent le joint sur la face femelle, offrant ainsi un placement plus pr\u00e9cis et des options accrues de mat\u00e9riaux de joint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un aper\u00e7u des dimensions des connexions \u00e0 bride<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre la conception fonctionnelle d&#039;une bride, les dimensions de la bride sont le facteur le plus susceptible d&#039;influencer le choix des brides lors de la conception, de la maintenance ou de la mise \u00e0 jour d&#039;un syst\u00e8me de tuyauterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, vous devez tenir compte de la mani\u00e8re dont la bride s&#039;interface avec le tuyau et les joints utilis\u00e9s pour garantir un dimensionnement appropri\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les consid\u00e9rations courantes incluent\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur<\/strong>: La distance entre deux bords oppos\u00e9s de la face de la bride<\/li><li><strong>\u00c9paisseur<\/strong>: Une mesure de l&#039;\u00e9paisseur du bord de fixation ext\u00e9rieur<\/li><li><strong>Diam\u00e8tre du cercle de boulons<\/strong>: La distance entre les trous de boulons oppos\u00e9s lorsqu&#039;elle est mesur\u00e9e de centre \u00e0 centre<\/li><li><strong>La taille du tuyau<\/strong>: Une d\u00e9signation de la taille du tuyau avec laquelle la bride correspond<\/li><li><strong>Taille d&#039;al\u00e9sage nominale<\/strong>: Une mesure du diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur des connecteurs \u00e0 bride<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/20211230072423-61cd5ea7acb52.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #2980b9;\"><strong>Vanne \u00e0 connexion filet\u00e9e \u2014 Vous recherchez une vanne filet\u00e9e ? <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le raccord filet\u00e9 est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 pour les tuyaux de moins de 50 mm. S&#039;il est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 50\u00a0mm, nous vous recommandons d&#039;utiliser des brides et d&#039;autres m\u00e9thodes de connexion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La connexion filet\u00e9e est divis\u00e9e en normes G, NPT, BSPP et BSP, ainsi qu&#039;en filetages femelle et m\u00e2le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Types de connexion filet\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-npt-national-pipe-thread-tapered\">NPT \u2013 Filetage de tuyau national conique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une norme am\u00e9ricaine pour les filetages coniques utilis\u00e9s sur les tuyaux et raccords filet\u00e9s. Contrairement aux filetages droits comme ceux que l&#039;on trouve sur un boulon, un filetage conique sera serr\u00e9 et r\u00e9alisera donc un joint \u00e9tanche aux fluides. Du ruban adh\u00e9sif ou un compos\u00e9 pour tuyaux doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 sur les filetages pour assurer une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 aux fluides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NPT est d\u00e9fini par la norme ANSI\/ASME B1.20.1.<br>Il existe 25 tailles d\u00e9finies de 1\/16\u2033 \u00e0 24\u2033 (voir un tableau avec les tailles et dimensions), mais g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les vannes de plus de 4\u2033 utiliseront des raccords \u00e0 brides plut\u00f4t que filet\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les filetages NPT sont sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s en utilisant la taille en pouces suivie de \u00ab NPT \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bspt-british-standard-pipe-taper-threads\">BSPT \u2013 Filetages coniques standard britanniques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette norme est similaire au NPT, o\u00f9 les parties filet\u00e9es de la connexion sont coniques. La seule diff\u00e9rence r\u00e9side dans l\u2019angle des flancs du filetage. L&#039;angle entre la racine et la cr\u00eate sur les filetages BSPT est de 55\u00b0 contre 60\u00b0 pour le NPT. Un NPT m\u00e2le peut s&#039;ins\u00e9rer dans un BSPT femelle, mais en raison de la diff\u00e9rence d&#039;angle de filetage, un joint \u00e9tanche aux fluides ne sera pas r\u00e9alis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les filetages BSPT sont d\u00e9finis par la norme ISO 7 et\/ou EN 10226-1, BS 21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les filetages BSPT sont sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;aide de la lettre \u00ab\u00a0R\u00a0\u00bb suivie de la taille en pouces. R signifie \u00ab rohr \u00bb qui signifie pipe en allemand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bspp-british-standard-parallel-pipe-threads\">BSPP \u2013 Filetages de tuyaux parall\u00e8les aux normes britanniques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce type de filetage ne forme PAS un joint \u00e9tanche aux fluides comme le font les filetages coniques. L&#039;utilisation d&#039;un joint souple est n\u00e9cessaire pour ce faire. Ces fils rassembleront les 2 pi\u00e8ces d&#039;accouplement et compresseront le joint souple entre les surfaces planes de chaque composant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les filetages BSPP sont d\u00e9finis par les normes ISO 228-1:2000 (Dimensions, tol\u00e9rances et d\u00e9signation) et ISO 228-2:1987.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les filetages BSPP sont sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;aide de la lettre \u00ab G \u00bb suivie de la taille en pouces. G signifie \u00ab\u00a0gaz\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le raccord filet\u00e9 convient aux canalisations basse pression. Prix inf\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/20211230072423-61cd5ea7be89c.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #2980b9;\"><strong>Vanne \u00e0 joint soud\u00e9 \u2014 Vous recherchez une vanne soud\u00e9e ? <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La connexion par soudage fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au soudage de la vanne et du tuyau ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Convient aux pipelines qui ne n\u00e9cessitent aucune fuite, tels que les pipelines \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et haute pression. Le soudage est divis\u00e9 en soudage par embo\u00eetement et soudage bout \u00e0 bout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-socket-weld\">Soudure par embo\u00eetement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La vanne a simplement une douille dont le diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus grand que le diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur du tuyau. Le tuyau est ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans l&#039;embo\u00eeture et est soud\u00e9 autour de la jante comme illustr\u00e9 ici. Les connexions \u00e0 souder par embo\u00eetement sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux tailles plus petites, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 2\u2033 et moins. Ce sont des connexions permanentes qui sont fiables et sans fuite. Cet exemple comprend des ailettes \u00ab dissipateur thermique \u00bb qui aident \u00e0 dissiper la chaleur pour prot\u00e9ger les joints pendant le soudage. Les vannes dot\u00e9es de cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 sont souvent appel\u00e9es \u00ab \u00e0 souder sur place \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remarque :<\/strong>\u00a0Ces soudures doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par un professionnel qualifi\u00e9. Des pr\u00e9cautions doivent \u00eatre prises pour \u00e9viter d&#039;endommager les si\u00e8ges et les joints en cas de chaleur excessive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soudure bout \u00e0 bout<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la vanne et l&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du tuyau sont de diam\u00e8tres \u00e9gaux. Le bord ext\u00e9rieur de chacun est chanfrein\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er une \u00ab vall\u00e9e \u00bb \u00e0 remplir de mat\u00e9riau de soudage. Les deux pi\u00e8ces sont soud\u00e9es autour des jantes comme indiqu\u00e9 sur l&#039;illustration. Les connexions soud\u00e9es bout \u00e0 bout sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux tailles plus petites, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 2\u2033 et moins. L&#039;exemple pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ici inclut \u00e9galement les ailettes du dissipateur thermique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remarque :<\/strong>\u00a0Ces soudures doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par un professionnel qualifi\u00e9.
