Le soudage TIG lui-m\u00eame appartient au fonctionnement \u00e0 l\u2019arc ouvert. Il peut tr\u00e8s bien observer la forme et l&#039;\u00e9coulement du bain de fusion, ce qui est bien sup\u00e9rieur au soudage \u00e0 l&#039;arc avec \u00e9lectrode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. La m\u00e9thode de transport du fil peut \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e en fonction de la taille de la rainure. Lorsque l&#039;angle de la rainure est petit, le fil de soudage peut \u00eatre plac\u00e9 au milieu du bassin de solution et y \u00eatre introduit en continu. Lorsque la rainure est grande, deux pointes lat\u00e9rales peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour faire passer le fil (pour \u00eatre tr\u00e8s habile, \u00e9viter de toucher le poteau du quai). La torche de soudage se d\u00e9place \u00e0 gauche et \u00e0 droite pour bien fusionner le bord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Sur la surface \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, selon la norme de notation du concours de test, la hauteur r\u00e9siduelle de la soudure TIG est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 0 \u00e0 2 mm et la surface est lisse sans contre-d\u00e9pouille, \u00e9vent, fissure et fusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors du processus de soudage, nous rencontrons diff\u00e9rents types de soudures. Soudure d&#039;angle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une soudure d&#039;angle est utilis\u00e9e pour assembler deux pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques \u00e0 angle droit ou \u00e0 angle. La soudure d&#039;angle est commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e soudure \u00e0 joint en T ou \u00e0 joint \u00e0 recouvrement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le joint en T, les deux pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques sont jointes \u00e0 angle droit l&#039;une par rapport \u00e0 l&#039;autre et dans les joints \u00e0 recouvrement, les deux pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques se chevauchent et sont soud\u00e9es sur les bords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soudure obtenue lors de la soudure d&#039;angle est de forme triangulaire et peut contenir des surfaces convexes, concaves ou plates selon la technique du soudeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une soudure d&#039;angle est utilis\u00e9e pour joindre les brides aux tuyaux et aux sections transversales de l&#039;infrastructure. Il est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 pour la section de soudage lorsque les boulons ne sont pas assez solides pour le maintenir et s&#039;usent facilement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Soudure sur rainure\u00a0:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La soudure par rainure est d\u00e9finie comme une ouverture entre les deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments de joint qui fournit l&#039;espace pour contenir le m\u00e9tal. Les soudures sur gorge sont les soudures les plus utilis\u00e9es apr\u00e8s la soudure d&#039;angle. Soudure de surfa\u00e7age\u00a0:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le processus de d\u00e9p\u00f4t d&#039;un m\u00e9tal sur un autre m\u00e9tal afin d&#039;obtenir les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s et dimensions souhait\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;une technique de soudage est appel\u00e9 soudage de surfa\u00e7age. Les param\u00e8tres &nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les param\u00e8tres de soudage sont la cl\u00e9 de la qualit\u00e9 du soudage et il est indispensable de choisir les bons param\u00e8tres de soudage.
