Il est largement utilis\u00e9 dans les syst\u00e8mes de canalisations pour pr\u00e9venir les risques de reflux de liquide et prot\u00e9ger les \u00e9quipements m\u00e9caniques. Il pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement les caract\u00e9ristiques sup\u00e9rieures de r\u00e9duction des dommages caus\u00e9s par les coups de b\u00e9lier, de r\u00e9duction du bruit, de r\u00e9duction des chutes de pression et de r\u00e9ponse rapide. En fonction de la temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement et de la diff\u00e9rence de pression, Zeco peut fournir des solutions correspondantes et des services techniques professionnels.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-axial-flow-check-valve-works\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Le clapet anti-retour \u00e0 d\u00e9bit axial fonctionne\u00a0: <\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">La diff\u00e9rence de pression entre l&#039;entr\u00e9e et la sortie de la vanne d\u00e9termine l&#039;ouverture et la fermeture du disque de la vanne. Si la pression du d\u00e9bit de fluide ne peut pas soutenir la vanne dans une grande ouverture et maintenir une position ouverte stable, le clapet de la vanne et les pi\u00e8ces mobiles associ\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre dans un \u00e9tat de vibration continue. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Afin d&#039;\u00e9viter une usure pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e des pi\u00e8ces mobiles, des bruits ou des vibrations ou un fonctionnement vibratoire, il est n\u00e9cessaire de s\u00e9lectionner la taille du clapet anti-retour en fonction de l&#039;\u00e9tat du fluide. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire de maintenir le clapet anti-retour dans un \u00e9tat ON ouvert et stable. La vitesse initiale du fluide est connue sous le nom de d\u00e9bit le plus faible. Si le d\u00e9bit nominal \u00e0 travers le clapet anti-retour atteint ou d\u00e9passe l&#039;installation des clapets anti-retour, l&#039;usure interne est r\u00e9duite au minimum, il est possible d&#039;\u00e9viter des pannes catastrophiques. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Il ressort de ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de qu\u2019avoir un V plus petit peut r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement les co\u00fbts de maintenance et augmenter la fiabilit\u00e9 du clapet anti-retour. Ce probl\u00e8me n\u2019existe pas avec les clapets anti-retour \u00e0 d\u00e9bit axial.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Dans (clapet anti-retour \u00e0 d\u00e9bit axial), la diff\u00e9rence de pression est le principal facteur pour maintenir la vanne ferm\u00e9e, tandis que le ressort n&#039;ajoute qu&#039;une petite force de recul. Cette caract\u00e9ristique rend la force du ressort tr\u00e8s faible et la r\u00e9ponse du ressort est tr\u00e8s sensible. It is an axial flow shuttle structure design, and the disc assembly with spring has cushioning and anti-vibration functions. When the medium flows downstream, it will push open the disc and the fluid through the body via axial flow channel circulation. And the spring here has a cushion effect to avoid the impact vibration between the disc and the body when a standard check valve opens.
