WCB gate valves meet ASME B16.10 face to face dimensions. Pipe flanges are surface treated periodically and drilled to a 0.062\u201d (1.5mm) raised surface in accordance with ASME B16.5. Pipe flange raised surface is processed according to MSS sp-6. The wedge is a solid wedge with greater sealing capacity and lower torque requirements. The operation adopts a non-rising handwheel. The closed direction is on the right. The WCB gate valve is driven by a closed bevel gear. For remote control, these valves can be equipped with electric or pneumatic operating actuators. Carbon steel SA216 WCB is used not only in many of the water- and steam-pressure-containing systems in power plants but also in the supports for these systems. Carbon steel SA216 WCB is carbon steel suitable for fusion welding in high-temperature service applications: steel castings for valves, flanges, fittings, or other pressure-containing parts for high-temperature service and of a quality suitable for assembly with other castings or wrought steel parts by fusion welding.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-features-of-wcb-gate-valve\">Features of WCB Gate Valve:<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>The design of the body and bonnet joints of ZECO WCB gate valve requires an even load on the gasket to ensure a tight seal.1500 lb, including 1500 lb usually can use bolted bonnet structure, but 1500 lb of pressure\u00a0seal structure is used;<\/li>\r\n<li>The wedge of ZECO WCB gate valve has accurate guide slots,\u00a0assuring true alignment and providing full guidance during operation.
