O PWHT pode ser usado para reduzir tens\u00f5es residuais, como m\u00e9todo de controle de dureza ou at\u00e9 mesmo para aumentar a resist\u00eancia do material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se o PWHT for executado incorretamente ou totalmente negligenciado, as tens\u00f5es residuais podem combinar-se com as tens\u00f5es de carga para exceder as limita\u00e7\u00f5es de projeto do material. Da mesma forma, quanto maior o teor de liga e a espessura da se\u00e7\u00e3o transversal, maior a probabilidade de o material necessitar de PWHT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-when-pwht-is-required-for-carbon-steel\">Quando o PWHT \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio para a\u00e7o carbono?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O tratamento t\u00e9rmico p\u00f3s-soldagem ou PWHT do a\u00e7o carbono deve ser realizado ap\u00f3s cada soldagem para garantir que a resist\u00eancia do material da pe\u00e7a seja mantida. Os crit\u00e9rios exatos para PWHT do a\u00e7o carbono s\u00e3o mencionados no c\u00f3digo ASME BPVC. O PWHT garante a redu\u00e7\u00e3o das tens\u00f5es residuais, controlando a dureza do material e melhorando a resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-advantages-of-post-weld-heat-treatment-purpose-of-pwht\">Vantagens do tratamento t\u00e9rmico p\u00f3s-soldagem | Objetivo do PWHT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se o PWHT for negligenciado ou executado incorretamente, as tens\u00f5es residuais podem combinar-se com as tens\u00f5es da carga de servi\u00e7o. O valor pode exceder as limita\u00e7\u00f5es de projeto de um material, levando a falhas de solda, maior potencial de trincas e maior suscetibilidade \u00e0 fratura fr\u00e1gil. Outros benef\u00edcios do PWHT est\u00e3o listados abaixo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Estrutura metal\u00fargica melhorada<\/li><li>Melhor ductilidade do material<\/li><li>Risco reduzido de fratura fr\u00e1gil \u00e0 medida que a ductilidade aumenta<\/li><li>Tens\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica relaxada devido \u00e0 redistribui\u00e7\u00e3o das tens\u00f5es residuais.<\/li><li>Metal temperado<\/li><li>Remo\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio difus\u00edvel que ajuda na preven\u00e7\u00e3o de craqueamento induzido por hidrog\u00eanio (HIC)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pwht-method-and-equipment\">M\u00e9todo e equipamento PWHT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O tratamento t\u00e9rmico local p\u00f3s-soldagem das juntas soldadas dos tubos deve ser realizado pelo m\u00e9todo de resist\u00eancia el\u00e9trica ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o de todas as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de soldagem ou reparo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00a0O aquecedor de resist\u00eancia \u00e9 auto-isolado el\u00e9trica e termicamente e \u00e9 constru\u00eddo sob medida para cada tubo individual.<\/li><li>As tens\u00f5es aplicadas nas bobinas s\u00e3o 220 ou 380 volts CA, dependendo dos requisitos de energia.<\/li><li>\u00a0O painel de controle de pot\u00eancia do tratamento t\u00e9rmico p\u00f3s-soldagem \u00e9 composto por:<\/li><li>Um indicador de controlador de temperatura e registrador de tipo digital.<\/li><li>Um dispositivo potenci\u00f4metro que controla a porcentagem de entrada de energia nas bobinas.<\/li><li>Um interruptor liga e desliga luzes indicadoras, terminais de entrada e sa\u00edda para conex\u00e3o de energia e termopar.<\/li><li>Contatores de energia el\u00e9trica com classifica\u00e7\u00e3o adequada.<\/li><li>Cada painel alimentar\u00e1 uma \u00fanica esta\u00e7\u00e3o de aquecimento e, portanto, para cada opera\u00e7\u00e3o de aquecimento ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio um painel. As taxas de aquecimento e resfriamento s\u00e3o ajustadas pela sele\u00e7\u00e3o manual da porcentagem de pot\u00eancia de entrada por meio de potenci\u00f4metros.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-requirements-for-post-weld-heat-treatment-or-pwht\">Requisitos para tratamento t\u00e9rmico p\u00f3s-soldagem ou PWHT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de solicitar os requisitos detalhados de PWHT e a isen\u00e7\u00e3o nestes par\u00e1grafos, as qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es satisfat\u00f3rias do procedimento de soldagem da especifica\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos de soldagem a serem utilizadas devem ser realizadas de acordo com todas as vari\u00e1veis essenciais da SE\u00c7\u00c3O IX da ASME, incluindo condi\u00e7\u00f5es de tratamento t\u00e9rmico p\u00f3s-soldagem e outras restri\u00e7\u00f5es. listado abaixo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao realizar o tratamento t\u00e9rmico local p\u00f3s-soldagem, a t\u00e9cnica de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de calor deve garantir o alcance uniforme da temperatura em todos os pontos da por\u00e7\u00e3o a ser tratada termicamente. Deve-se tomar cuidado para garantir que a largura da faixa aquecida em ambos os lados da borda da solda n\u00e3o seja inferior a quatro (4) vezes a espessura do tubo ou 2\u2033, o que for maior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante todo o ciclo de tratamento t\u00e9rmico p\u00f3s-soldagem, a por\u00e7\u00e3o fora da faixa aquecida deve ser adequadamente envolvida sob isolamento, de modo a evitar qualquer gradiente de temperatura prejudicial na superf\u00edcie exposta do tubo. Para este efeito, a temperatura na superf\u00edcie exposta do tubo n\u00e3o deve exceder 400\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As v\u00e1lvulas, instrumentos e outros itens especiais com extremidades soldadas devem ser protegidos, devido ao risco de danos durante o tratamento t\u00e9rmico p\u00f3s-soldagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nenhuma soldagem dever\u00e1 ser realizada ap\u00f3s o PWHT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devem ser empregados registradores autom\u00e1ticos de temperatura que tenham sido adequadamente calibrados. O gr\u00e1fico de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o de cada registrador dever\u00e1 ser submetido ao propriet\u00e1rio antes do in\u00edcio das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de tratamento t\u00e9rmico e sua aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser obtida. O equipamento de grava\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser calibrado pelo menos uma vez a cada 12 meses. Al\u00e9m disso, o equipamento do instrumento (potenci\u00f4metro) usado para calibra\u00e7\u00e3o dos registradores deve ser respaldado por um certificado relacionado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preparation-and-attachment-of-thermocouple-for-pwht\">Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o e fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de termopar para PWHT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois de realizar a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o visual e remover defeitos superficiais e pontos de solda tempor\u00e1rios (se houver), um n\u00famero adequado de termopares (com base no di\u00e2metro dos tubos) deve ser conectado diretamente ao tubo e em locais igualmente espa\u00e7ados ao longo da periferia da junta do tubo. O n\u00famero m\u00ednimo de termopares conectados por junta deve ser 1 para di\u00e2metro de at\u00e9 3\u2033, 2 para di\u00e2metro de at\u00e9 6\u2033 e 3 para di\u00e2metro de at\u00e9 10\u2033 e 4 para di\u00e2metro de at\u00e9 12\u2033 e acima. No entanto, o n\u00famero m\u00ednimo necess\u00e1rio de termopares a serem conectados pode ser aumentado se for considerado necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os termopares devem ser colocados na junta e em contato firme com o tubo o mais pr\u00f3ximo poss\u00edvel da \u00e1rea de solda. Os termopares devem ser soldados diretamente na junta ou na faixa de aquecimento, desde que tenham uma cauda do mesmo material e um fio de enchimento ou eletrodo aprovado com di\u00e2metro n\u00e3o superior a 2,5 mm seja usado para soldagem por pontos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para evitar leituras incorretas de temperatura devido \u00e0 radia\u00e7\u00e3o direta aos termopares, ele deve ser protegido por fibra cer\u00e2mica ou qualquer outro material isolante adequado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os elementos de resist\u00eancia de aquecimento devem ser colocados sobre os termopares fixados em toda a faixa de aquecimento e devem ser isolados conforme mostrado na Fig. 1 abaixo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os materiais isolantes devem ser l\u00e3 mineral\/l\u00e3 de vidro que possa superar a temperatura empregada. A espessura m\u00ednima do isolamento deve ser de 50 mm. Para manter o material de isolamento em posi\u00e7\u00e3o, a malha de arame deve ser enrolada e amarrada ou amarrada por outros meios adequados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pwht-temperature-time-record\">Temperatura PWHT, registro de tempo &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A temperatura e o tempo do tratamento t\u00e9rmico p\u00f3s-soldagem e suas taxas de aquecimento e resfriamento devem ser registrados automaticamente e apresentar a temperatura real da \u00e1rea de solda. Cada termopar dever\u00e1 ser conectado ao instrumento de controle e registro para cada junta tratada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-heating-holding-and-cooling-in-pwht\">Aquecimento, reten\u00e7\u00e3o e resfriamento em PWHT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A temperatura de aquecimento acima de 300\u00b0C deve ser registrada e a taxa de aquecimento e resfriamento n\u00e3o deve ser superior \u00e0 especificada em WPS e padr\u00f5es relacionados, mas em nenhum caso, superior a 200\u00b0C\/h, e a diferen\u00e7a entre as temperaturas medidas por v\u00e1rios os termopares devem estar dentro da faixa especificada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A temperatura de meia do tratamento t\u00e9rmico e o tempo de reten\u00e7\u00e3o devem ser conforme especificado nas especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do procedimento de soldagem relacionado. Para facilitar a refer\u00eancia, os valores para diferentes tipos de a\u00e7o s\u00e3o apresentados na tabela a seguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O resfriamento at\u00e9 300\u00b0c deve ser um resfriamento controlado. Abaixo disso, o resfriamento at\u00e9 a temperatura ambiente deve ocorrer sob revestimento isolante sem controle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-few-important-notes-related-to-pwht\">Algumas notas importantes relacionadas ao PWHT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o do PWHT deve ser realizada apenas por pessoal treinado com experi\u00eancia semelhante e aprovado pelo propriet\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o PWHT as juntas devem ser protegidas da chuva e do vento por uma cobertura de chuva e p\u00e1ra-brisas adequados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Testes de dureza ap\u00f3s o PWHT devem ser realizados para determinar se o tratamento t\u00e9rmico foi realizado de forma eficaz.
