Como devemos lidar com essas falhas? Hoje apresentaremos as solu\u00e7\u00f5es para solucionar falhas da v\u00e1lvula gaveta de a\u00e7o fundido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tr\u00eas falhas comuns da v\u00e1lvula gaveta de a\u00e7o fundido podem ser resolvidas da seguinte forma:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-crack-of-the-cast-steel-gate-valve\">1. Rachadura da v\u00e1lvula gaveta de a\u00e7o fundido<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A rachadura da v\u00e1lvula gaveta de a\u00e7o fundido (ou deforma\u00e7\u00e3o inferior) aparece principalmente nos produtos de estrutura de placa paralela Z944\/Z964. O estado frio far\u00e1 com que eles encolham e fiquem menores, resultando no travamento do port\u00e3o. Se os dois estados acima forem acompanhados por uma forte \u201cfor\u00e7a de fechamento\u201d. Se o acionamento el\u00e9trico n\u00e3o estiver ajustado corretamente ou o mecanismo de refor\u00e7o, como uma chave inglesa ou alavanca, for usado incorretamente, h\u00e1 uma chance maior de travamento da comporta da v\u00e1lvula gaveta de a\u00e7o fundido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ZECO possui um sistema completo de gest\u00e3o da qualidade do produto.
