Isto faz com que a v\u00e1lvula principal fique restrita e a press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda seja reduzida para a press\u00e3o definida.<br>Por outro lado, quando a quantidade de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o no lado de sa\u00edda aumenta e a press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda P2 cai abaixo da press\u00e3o definida, a v\u00e1lvula piloto A fecha e a v\u00e1lvula piloto B abre para reduzir a press\u00e3o intermedi\u00e1ria Pe. Isto faz com que a v\u00e1lvula principal se abra e a press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda aumente para a press\u00e3o definida.<\/li><li>Com o mesmo mecanismo, a v\u00e1lvula piloto responde \u00e0 flutua\u00e7\u00e3o da press\u00e3o de entrada, ajustando automaticamente a abertura da v\u00e1lvula principal de forma adequada e mantendo a press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda na press\u00e3o definida.<\/li><li>Na condi\u00e7\u00e3o totalmente fechada, a v\u00e1lvula piloto B \u00e9 completamente fechada pela press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda e, ao mesmo tempo, a press\u00e3o de entrada \u00e9 recebida efetivamente pelo topo da v\u00e1lvula principal. Quando a press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda excede o valor definido, a v\u00e1lvula fecha automaticamente para evitar danos ao instrumento.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vantagens da v\u00e1lvula de press\u00e3o constante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Capaz de trabalhar em ambas as dire\u00e7\u00f5es de fluxo (a montante e a jusante)<\/li><li>Controle preciso do cone da v\u00e1lvula com design de diafragma plano multicamadas (longa vida \u00fatil)<\/li><li>Capacidade de limpeza perfeita, sem \u00e1reas mortas, sem fendas, v\u00e1lvula totalmente aberta para rendimento CIP suficiente<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Excelente controle de press\u00e3o e desempenho completo de desligamento de l\u00edquidos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Com as pe\u00e7as da v\u00e1lvula de abertura e fechamento alinhadas ao longo de um \u00fanico eixo, a v\u00e1lvula piloto realiza excelente controle de press\u00e3o sob qualquer condi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O mecanismo de fechamento exclusivo proporciona desempenho completo de corte de \u00e1gua. A press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda definida \u00e9 mantida mesmo na condi\u00e7\u00e3o totalmente fechada, portanto os custos com tubula\u00e7\u00f5es no lado a jusante da v\u00e1lvula podem ser reduzidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A v\u00e1lvula piloto n\u00e3o possui nenhuma passagem de restri\u00e7\u00e3o fixa e diminuta como uma v\u00e1lvula de agulha e, portanto, \u00e9 resistente a entupimentos.<br>E, mesmo que ocorra entupimento por material estranho, o mecanismo de autolimpeza integrado faz com que a parte da v\u00e1lvula entupida se abra automaticamente para remover o material estranho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devido \u00e0 sua constru\u00e7\u00e3o simples, s\u00e3o desnecess\u00e1rios ajustes inc\u00f4modos.
