As seguintes condi\u00e7\u00f5es originais devem ser propostas antes de selecionar a v\u00e1lvula:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-physical-property\"><strong>Propriedade f\u00edsica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-material-status\">(1) Situa\u00e7\u00e3o material<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>O status do material gasoso inclui dados de propriedades f\u00edsicas relevantes, g\u00e1s puro ou mistura, se h\u00e1 gotas l\u00edquidas ou part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas e se h\u00e1 componentes facilmente condensados.<\/li><li>O estado do material l\u00edquido inclui: dados de propriedades f\u00edsicas relevantes, se o componente puro ou mistura cont\u00e9m componente vol\u00e1til ou g\u00e1s dissolvido (quando a press\u00e3o \u00e9 reduzida, pode precipitar para formar fluxo bif\u00e1sico), se cont\u00e9m suspens\u00e3o s\u00f3lida, e a viscosidade, ponto de congelamento ou ponto de fluidez do l\u00edquido.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-other-properties\">(2) Outras propriedades: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Incluindo corrosividade, toxicidade, solubilidade dos materiais estruturais da v\u00e1lvula e se \u00e9 inflam\u00e1vel e explosivo. \u00c0s vezes, essas propriedades n\u00e3o afetam apenas o material, mas tamb\u00e9m causam requisitos estruturais especiais ou a necessidade de melhorar a qualidade do tubo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-operating-conditions-in-operation\"><strong>Condi\u00e7\u00f5es operacionais em opera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-according-to-the-temperature-and-pressure-under-normal-working-conditions-it-is-also-necessary-to-combine-the-working-conditions-during-startup-shutdown-or-regeneration\">(1) De acordo com a temperatura e press\u00e3o em condi\u00e7\u00f5es normais de trabalho, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio combinar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho durante a inicializa\u00e7\u00e3o, desligamento ou regenera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A press\u00e3o m\u00e1xima de fechamento da bomba dever\u00e1 ser considerada para a v\u00e1lvula de sa\u00edda da bomba.<\/li><li>Quando a temperatura de regenera\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema \u00e9 muito superior \u00e0 temperatura normal, mas a press\u00e3o \u00e9 reduzida, a influ\u00eancia abrangente da temperatura e da press\u00e3o deve ser considerada para este tipo de sistema.<\/li><li>Grau cont\u00ednuo de opera\u00e7\u00e3o: ou seja, a frequ\u00eancia de abertura e fechamento da v\u00e1lvula tamb\u00e9m afeta os requisitos de resist\u00eancia ao desgaste. A v\u00e1lvula borboleta tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 adequada para regula\u00e7\u00e3o de grande fluxo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-change-flow-direction\">(2) Alterar a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selecione v\u00e1lvulas ou torneiras de esfera de duas vias (canal em forma de L) ou de tr\u00eas vias (canal em forma de T), que podem alterar rapidamente a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo dos materiais.
