Local de instala\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong><mark style=\"background-color:var(--base)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/pt\/categoria-do-produto\/balancing-valve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">V\u00e1lvula de balanceamento autom\u00e1tico<\/a><\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A v\u00e1lvula de balanceamento autom\u00e1tico pode ser instalada na tubula\u00e7\u00e3o de abastecimento de \u00e1gua ou na tubula\u00e7\u00e3o de retorno de \u00e1gua (apenas uma em cada circuito). Para o lado do circuito prim\u00e1rio da esta\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica, para facilitar a depura\u00e7\u00e3o do equil\u00edbrio, recomenda-se que a v\u00e1lvula de equil\u00edbrio seja instalada na tubula\u00e7\u00e3o de retorno de \u00e1gua com temperatura de \u00e1gua mais baixa. Instale em tubo reto, tanto quanto poss\u00edvel.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como a v\u00e1lvula de equil\u00edbrio tem a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de medi\u00e7\u00e3o de vaz\u00e3o, para tornar o fluxo atrav\u00e9s da v\u00e1lvula est\u00e1vel e garantir a precis\u00e3o da medi\u00e7\u00e3o, a v\u00e1lvula de equil\u00edbrio deve ser instalada na se\u00e7\u00e3o reta do tubo, tanto quanto poss\u00edvel, quando as condi\u00e7\u00f5es permitirem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-pay-attention-to-the-balance-between-the-new-system-and-the-original-system\">3. Preste aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao equil\u00edbrio entre o novo sistema e o sistema original<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando um novo sistema com v\u00e1lvula de equil\u00edbrio \u00e9 conectado \u00e0 rede de tubula\u00e7\u00e3o de aquecimento (resfriamento) original, deve-se prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao equil\u00edbrio da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua entre o novo sistema e o sistema original, de modo a evitar a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 \u00e1gua do novo sistema (ou sistema reformado) com v\u00e1lvula de equil\u00edbrio mais alta que a do sistema original e n\u00e3o atingindo a vaz\u00e3o de \u00e1gua necess\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-no-need-to-install-stop-valves\">4. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 necessidade de instalar <strong><mark style=\"background-color:var(--base)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/zecovalve.com\/pt\/produto\/resilient-seated-gate-valve\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">V\u00e1lvulas de parada<\/a><\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao inspecionar um circuito, a v\u00e1lvula de equil\u00edbrio no circuito pode ser fechada. Neste momento, a v\u00e1lvula de equil\u00edbrio desempenha o papel de v\u00e1lvula de corte para interromper o fluxo de \u00e1gua. Ap\u00f3s a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o, a v\u00e1lvula de equil\u00edbrio pode retornar \u00e0 sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o original travada. Ao adicionar (ou cancelar) loops, o sistema deve ser reajustado.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao adicionar (ou cancelar) loops no sistema de rede de dutos, exceto adicionar (ou fechar) v\u00e1lvulas de balanceamento correspondentes, em princ\u00edpio todas as novas v\u00e1lvulas de balanceamento e v\u00e1lvulas de balanceamento nos loops do sistema original devem ser reajustadas (v\u00e1lvulas de balanceamento de ramifica\u00e7\u00e3o no original loop n\u00e3o precisa ser reajustado).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Comissionamento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00c9 aconselh\u00e1vel limpar o sistema. Mantenha a v\u00e1lvula totalmente aberta durante a lavagem.<\/li><li>Se for necess\u00e1rio um teste de press\u00e3o do sistema, a press\u00e3o m\u00e1xima permitida PS pode ser excedida em at\u00e9 um m\u00e1ximo de 24 bar. Os testes de press\u00e3o devem ser realizados \u00e0 temperatura ambiente e com a v\u00e1lvula totalmente aberta.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Medi\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 Press\u00e3o e Vaz\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preste muita aten\u00e7\u00e3o durante a medi\u00e7\u00e3o, no caso de meios quentes!<\/li><li>Os plugues de teste de press\u00e3o s\u00e3o autovedantes. Desparafuse a tampa do plugue de teste de press\u00e3o e insira a sonda.<\/li><li>Aparafuse a porca da sonda ao buj\u00e3o de teste de press\u00e3o.<\/li><li>Recomendamos colocar uma v\u00e1lvula de isolamento a montante da sonda.<\/li><li>Ap\u00f3s a medi\u00e7\u00e3o, desparafuse e extraia a sonda. Aparafuse novamente a tampa do plugue.<\/li><li>Abra totalmente a v\u00e1lvula (rota\u00e7\u00e3o completa no sentido anti-hor\u00e1rio).<\/li><li>Aparafuse o man\u00f4metro conectado aos buj\u00f5es de press\u00e3o.<\/li><li>Gire o volante no sentido hor\u00e1rio observando a conex\u00e3o do man\u00f4metro. One cavity is internally connected to the upstream side of the DPCV while the other one is connected to a remote location by means of a small capillary pipe.
