A sede da v\u00e1lvula se afasta da face do orif\u00edcio para permitir que o fluxo aumente para corresponder ao aumento da demanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 medida que a demanda a jusante diminui, a press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda aumenta ligeiramente, movendo o diafragma para cima. Este projeto elimina a queda de press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda em altas vaz\u00f5es associadas ao efeito mola em reguladores acionados por mola. O regulador piloto \u00e9 ajustado para reduzir a press\u00e3o de entrada at\u00e9 a press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda desejada, mais press\u00e3o suficiente para superar a leve mola de fechamento (press\u00e3o de carga). A press\u00e3o de carga constante \u00e9 canalizada para o topo do diafragma do regulador principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando a demanda \u00e9 de aproximadamente algumas centenas de dm3\/h ou menos, o g\u00e1s \u00e9 fornecido atrav\u00e9s de um orif\u00edcio de sangria no diafragma principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando a demanda aumenta acima do que pode ser fornecido atrav\u00e9s do orif\u00edcio de sangria, a press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda diminui ligeiramente, causando um aumento no diferencial de press\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s do diafragma. O diafragma se move para baixo e a v\u00e1lvula principal \u00e9 reposicionada para atender ao aumento da demanda a jusante e recuperar a press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda desejada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando o fluxo diminui, a press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda aumenta ligeiramente, causando uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o no diferencial de press\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s do diafragma. A mola de fechamento faz com que o diafragma se mova para cima. A v\u00e1lvula principal \u00e9 reposicionada para restringir o fluxo para corresponder \u00e0 diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da demanda a jusante e recuperar a press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda desejada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando a demanda \u00e9 interrompida, a press\u00e3o de sa\u00edda continua a aumentar. O aumento da press\u00e3o \u00e9 transmitido atrav\u00e9s do orif\u00edcio de sangria para o regulador piloto. O regulador piloto trava \u00e0 prova de bolhas. A regula\u00e7\u00e3o paralela atrav\u00e9s de orif\u00edcios duplos permite maiores capacidades. V\u00e1lvulas de al\u00edvio duplas (modelos com mola) fornecem capacidade de al\u00edvio dupla.
