Pertence ao atuador, mas n\u00e3o se limita \u00e0 press\u00e3o hidr\u00e1ulica e ao controle pneum\u00e1tico. No sistema de controle industrial, a v\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide \u00e9 usada para regular a dire\u00e7\u00e3o, vaz\u00e3o, velocidade e outros par\u00e2metros do meio. A v\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide pode ser coordenada com diferentes circuitos para realizar o controle previsto, garantindo a precis\u00e3o e a flexibilidade do controle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A v\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide \u00e9 constitu\u00edda pela bobina solen\u00f3ide e n\u00facleo magn\u00e9tico. \u00c9 o corpo da v\u00e1lvula que cont\u00e9m um ou v\u00e1rios orif\u00edcios. Quando a bobina passa ou \u00e9 cortada com energia, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00facleo magn\u00e9tico far\u00e1 com que o fluido passe pelo corpo da v\u00e1lvula e seja cortado, de modo a atingir o objetivo de mudar a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do fluido. O componente eletromagn\u00e9tico da v\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo pelo n\u00facleo de ferro fixo, n\u00facleo de ferro m\u00f3vel, bobina e assim por diante. O corpo da v\u00e1lvula \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo pelo n\u00facleo da v\u00e1lvula corredi\u00e7a, pelo chicote da v\u00e1lvula corredi\u00e7a e pela base da mola. A bobina solen\u00f3ide \u00e9 instalada diretamente no corpo da v\u00e1lvula enquanto o corpo da v\u00e1lvula \u00e9 encerrado no tubo de veda\u00e7\u00e3o, de modo a constituir uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o simples e compacta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A hist\u00f3ria das v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A primeira v\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide foi a v\u00e1lvula de controle solen\u00f3ide, vendida e fabricada em 1910 pela ASCO Numatics. Ent\u00e3o, na d\u00e9cada de 1950, os fabricantes come\u00e7aram a distribuir v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides moldadas em pl\u00e1stico. A mudan\u00e7a para o pl\u00e1stico significou que as v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides eram agora mais eficientes, confi\u00e1veis, resistentes \u00e0 corros\u00e3o e a produtos qu\u00edmicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta tend\u00eancia de melhoria continuou at\u00e9 o final do s\u00e9culo XX. Por exemplo, a partir da d\u00e9cada de 70, os fabricantes come\u00e7aram a produzir v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides de corte autom\u00e1tico, que eram mais seguras e f\u00e1ceis de operar do que as v\u00e1lvulas de corte de controle manual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na d\u00e9cada de 1990, governos de todo o mundo, bem como organiza\u00e7\u00f5es independentes, come\u00e7aram a criar padroniza\u00e7\u00f5es de v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides, o que permitiu uma maior frequ\u00eancia do com\u00e9rcio internacional, colabora\u00e7\u00f5es mais f\u00e1ceis entre empresas e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o mais f\u00e1cil. Hoje, as normas mais recentes tamb\u00e9m restringem o uso de subst\u00e2ncias perigosas na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1lvulas, de modo a melhorar a sua compatibilidade ambiental. Hoje, grande parte da inova\u00e7\u00e3o na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o e uso de v\u00e1lvulas est\u00e1 focada na sa\u00fade e na sustentabilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projeto de v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Os fabricantes produzem v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides atrav\u00e9s de uma variedade de processos, tais como: usinagem CNC, soldagem a laser, moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o e enrolamento de bobina. Depois de fabricarem os componentes da v\u00e1lvula, eles os montam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esses componentes incluem: a bobina da v\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide, a v\u00e1lvula, uma porta de entrada, uma porta de sa\u00edda, uma mola, um orif\u00edcio e um atuador. Freq\u00fcentemente, o solen\u00f3ide tamb\u00e9m possui veda\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materiais<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Os fabricantes t\u00eam uma grande variedade de materiais dispon\u00edveis para construir suas v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides. As v\u00e1lvulas podem ser feitas de materiais pl\u00e1sticos e met\u00e1licos, como PVC, polipropileno natural, PTFE, CPVC, a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel, bronze, alum\u00ednio e lat\u00e3o. As veda\u00e7\u00f5es, como as veda\u00e7\u00f5es viton ou nbr, geralmente s\u00e3o feitas de algum tipo de borracha. Ocasionalmente, os fabricantes fabricam veda\u00e7\u00f5es de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Design e Personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Os fabricantes de v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides fazem escolhas com base nas especifica\u00e7\u00f5es da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, como: natureza do fluido\/g\u00e1s dentro do tubo (corrosividade, perigosidade, viscosidade, acidez, etc.), ambiente, frequ\u00eancia com que o tubo ser\u00e1 usado e requisitos padr\u00e3o da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o. Com base nas especifica\u00e7\u00f5es, eles podem escolher aspectos do projeto como: tamanho da v\u00e1lvula, material da v\u00e1lvula, tipo e configura\u00e7\u00e3o da v\u00e1lvula e n\u00famero de portas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os fornecedores podem personalizar seu sistema de v\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide de diversas maneiras. Por exemplo, normalmente criam v\u00e1lvulas com duas \u00e1reas de conex\u00e3o e um orif\u00edcio, mas tamb\u00e9m podem fabricar v\u00e1lvulas com tr\u00eas \u00e1reas de conex\u00e3o e dois orif\u00edcios. Da mesma forma, embora geralmente projetem v\u00e1lvulas para funcionar com uma fonte de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o CC de 12 volts, eles tamb\u00e9m podem personaliz\u00e1-las para funcionar com fontes de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de 3, 6 volts ou 24 volts. Eles tamb\u00e9m podem fornecer informa\u00e7\u00f5es especializadas: n\u00edveis de press\u00e3o, retorno por mola, tamanho da v\u00e1lvula, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como funciona uma v\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. V\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide de a\u00e7\u00e3o direta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00c1LVULAS DE A\u00c7\u00c3O DIRETA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Com uma v\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide de a\u00e7\u00e3o direta, a veda\u00e7\u00e3o da sede \u00e9 fixada ao n\u00facleo do solen\u00f3ide. Na condi\u00e7\u00e3o desenergizada, um orif\u00edcio de sede \u00e9 fechado, que abre quando a v\u00e1lvula \u00e9 energizada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00c1LVULAS DE 2 VIAS DE A\u00c7\u00c3O DIRETA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As v\u00e1lvulas bidirecionais s\u00e3o v\u00e1lvulas de corte com uma porta de entrada e uma porta de sa\u00edda (Fig. 1). Na condi\u00e7\u00e3o desenergizada, a mola central, auxiliada pela press\u00e3o do fluido, mant\u00e9m a veda\u00e7\u00e3o da v\u00e1lvula na sede da v\u00e1lvula para interromper o fluxo. Quando energizados, o n\u00facleo e a veda\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o puxados para dentro da bobina solen\u00f3ide e a v\u00e1lvula abre. A for\u00e7a eletromagn\u00e9tica \u00e9 maior que a for\u00e7a combinada da mola e as for\u00e7as de press\u00e3o est\u00e1tica e din\u00e2mica do meio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00c1LVULAS DE 3 VIAS DE A\u00c7\u00c3O DIRETA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As v\u00e1lvulas de tr\u00eas vias possuem tr\u00eas conex\u00f5es de porta e duas sedes de v\u00e1lvula. Uma veda\u00e7\u00e3o da v\u00e1lvula permanece sempre aberta e a outra fechada no modo desenergizado. Quando a bobina \u00e9 energizada, o modo inverte. A v\u00e1lvula de 3 vias mostrada na Fig. 2 \u00e9 projetada com um n\u00facleo tipo \u00eambolo. V\u00e1rias opera\u00e7\u00f5es da v\u00e1lvula podem ser obtidas de acordo com a forma como o meio fluido \u00e9 conectado \u00e0s portas de trabalho na Fig. 2. A press\u00e3o do fluido aumenta sob a sede da v\u00e1lvula. Com a bobina desenergizada, uma mola c\u00f4nica mant\u00e9m a veda\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00facleo inferior firmemente contra a sede da v\u00e1lvula e interrompe o fluxo do fluido. A porta A \u00e9 descarregada atrav\u00e9s de R. Quando a bobina \u00e9 energizada, o n\u00facleo \u00e9 puxado para dentro, a sede da v\u00e1lvula na porta R \u00e9 vedada pela veda\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00facleo superior acionada por mola. O meio fluido agora flui de P para A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. V\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide operada por piloto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00c1LVULAS SOLEN\u00d3IDES PILOTADAS INTERNAMENTE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Com v\u00e1lvulas de a\u00e7\u00e3o direta, as for\u00e7as de press\u00e3o est\u00e1tica aumentam com o aumento do di\u00e2metro do orif\u00edcio, o que significa que as for\u00e7as magn\u00e9ticas, necess\u00e1rias para superar as for\u00e7as de press\u00e3o, tornam-se correspondentemente maiores. As v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides pilotadas internamente s\u00e3o, portanto, empregadas para comutar press\u00f5es mais altas em conjunto com tamanhos de orif\u00edcios maiores; neste caso, a press\u00e3o diferencial do fluido realiza o trabalho principal de abertura e fechamento da v\u00e1lvula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00c1LVULAS DE 2 VIAS PILOTADAS INTERNAMENTE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides pilotadas internamente s\u00e3o equipadas com uma v\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide piloto de 2 ou 3 vias. Um diafragma ou pist\u00e3o fornece a veda\u00e7\u00e3o da sede da v\u00e1lvula principal. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o de tal v\u00e1lvula \u00e9 indicada na Fig. 4. Quando a v\u00e1lvula piloto \u00e9 fechada, a press\u00e3o do fluido aumenta em ambos os lados do diafragma atrav\u00e9s de um orif\u00edcio de sangria. Contanto que haja um diferencial de press\u00e3o entre as portas de entrada e sa\u00edda, uma for\u00e7a de fechamento estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel em virtude da maior \u00e1rea efetiva na parte superior do diafragma. Quando a v\u00e1lvula piloto \u00e9 aberta, a press\u00e3o \u00e9 aliviada na parte superior do diafragma. A maior for\u00e7a de press\u00e3o efetiva proveniente de baixo agora eleva o diafragma e abre a v\u00e1lvula. Em geral, as v\u00e1lvulas pilotadas internamente requerem um diferencial de press\u00e3o m\u00ednimo para garantir abertura e fechamento satisfat\u00f3rios. A Omega tamb\u00e9m oferece v\u00e1lvulas pilotadas internamente, projetadas com n\u00facleo e diafragma acoplados que operam com diferencial de press\u00e3o zero (Fig. 5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00c1LVULAS SOLEN\u00d3IDES MULTI-VIAS PILOTADAS INTERNAMENTE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides de 4 vias pilotadas internamente s\u00e3o usadas principalmente em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es hidr\u00e1ulicas e pneum\u00e1ticas para acionar cilindros de dupla a\u00e7\u00e3o. Essas v\u00e1lvulas t\u00eam quatro conex\u00f5es de porta: uma entrada de press\u00e3o P, duas conex\u00f5es de porta de cilindro A e B e uma conex\u00e3o de porta de exaust\u00e3o R. Uma v\u00e1lvula de assento de 4\/2 vias pilotada internamente \u00e9 mostrada na Fig. a v\u00e1lvula piloto abre na conex\u00e3o da entrada de press\u00e3o ao canal piloto. Ambos os gatilhos na v\u00e1lvula principal est\u00e3o agora pressurizados e comutados. Agora a conex\u00e3o da porta P est\u00e1 conectada a A e B pode esgotar atrav\u00e9s de um segundo restritor atrav\u00e9s de R.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00c1LVULAS PILOTADAS EXTERNAMENTE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Com estes tipos, um meio piloto independente \u00e9 usado para acionar a v\u00e1lvula. A Fig. 7 mostra uma v\u00e1lvula de sede angular operada por pist\u00e3o com mola de fechamento. Na condi\u00e7\u00e3o despressurizada, a sede da v\u00e1lvula est\u00e1 fechada. Uma v\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide de 3 vias, que pode ser montada no atuador, controla o meio piloto independente. Quando a v\u00e1lvula solen\u00f3ide \u00e9 energizada, o pist\u00e3o sobe contra a a\u00e7\u00e3o da mola e a v\u00e1lvula abre. Uma vers\u00e3o de v\u00e1lvula normalmente aberta pode ser obtida se a mola for colocada no lado oposto do pist\u00e3o do atuador. Nestes casos, o meio piloto independente \u00e9 conectado \u00e0 parte superior do atuador. As vers\u00f5es de dupla a\u00e7\u00e3o controladas por v\u00e1lvulas de 4\/2 vias n\u00e3o cont\u00eam mola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vantagens das v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Existem muitas caracter\u00edsticas ben\u00e9ficas das v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides que lhes conferem vantagens sobre outros tipos de v\u00e1lvulas. Por exemplo, como as v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides s\u00e3o alimentadas por press\u00e3o natural e for\u00e7a eletromagn\u00e9tica, elas geralmente t\u00eam menos pe\u00e7as m\u00f3veis do que outras v\u00e1lvulas. Este \u00e9 amplamente considerado um bom projeto, uma vez que as pe\u00e7as m\u00f3veis requerem manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, as v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides podem ser facilmente operadas por dispositivos remotos que ativam a bobina solen\u00f3ide, tornando as v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides extremamente \u00fateis para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es perigosas. Al\u00e9m disso, as v\u00e1lvulas solen\u00f3ides podem usar energia hidr\u00e1ulica ou pneum\u00e1tica porque ambas podem ser ativadas ou pilotadas por solen\u00f3ides.
