Juntamente com a ASME (Sociedade Americana de Engenheiros Mec\u00e2nicos), desenvolveram e publicaram uma norma para conex\u00f5es de flange. Esse padr\u00e3o \u00e9 ASME\/ANSI B16.5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existe tamb\u00e9m uma norma europeia que \u00e9 semelhante, mas N\u00c3O \u00c9 A MESMA. Esse padr\u00e3o \u00e9 DIN, que \u00e9 um acr\u00f4nimo para a tradu\u00e7\u00e3o alem\u00e3 de \u201cInstituto Alem\u00e3o de Padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d. A norma espec\u00edfica para flanges de tubos \u00e9 DIN EN 1092-1. Esta norma tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 reconhecida pela ISO (International Standards Organization) sob ISO 7005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SAE \u00e9 a Sociedade para Engenheiros Automotivos. Eles tamb\u00e9m desenvolveram um padr\u00e3o para conex\u00f5es do tipo flange onde o flange \u00e9 separado dos componentes que ele mant\u00e9m unidos. Esse padr\u00e3o \u00e9 SAE J518. Este padr\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 reconhecido pela ISO sob ISO 6162.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipos de conex\u00e3o de flange<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Face plana (FF)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como o nome sugere, os flanges de face plana apresentam uma superf\u00edcie plana e uniforme combinada com uma junta de face completa que entra em contato com a maior parte da superf\u00edcie do flange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Face elevada (RF)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esses flanges apresentam uma pequena se\u00e7\u00e3o elevada ao redor do furo com uma junta interna do c\u00edrculo do furo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Face da junta do anel (RTJ)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usado em processos de alta press\u00e3o e alta temperatura, esse tipo de face apresenta uma ranhura na qual fica uma junta de metal para manter a veda\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00edngua e Groove (T&amp;G)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esses flanges apresentam ranhuras correspondentes e se\u00e7\u00f5es elevadas. Se for maior que 50 mm, recomendamos o uso de flanges e outros m\u00e9todos de conex\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A conex\u00e3o roscada \u00e9 dividida nos padr\u00f5es G, NPT, BSPP e BSP, al\u00e9m de roscas f\u00eamea e macho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipos de conex\u00e3o rosqueada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-npt-national-pipe-thread-tapered\">NPT \u2013 Rosca de Tubo C\u00f4nico Nacional<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este \u00e9 um padr\u00e3o dos EUA para roscas c\u00f4nicas usadas em tubos e conex\u00f5es roscadas. Em contraste com as roscas retas, como as encontradas em um parafuso, uma rosca c\u00f4nica fica esticada e, portanto, cria uma veda\u00e7\u00e3o estanque a fluidos. R significa \u201crohr\u201d, que significa tubo em alem\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bspp-british-standard-parallel-pipe-threads\">BSPP \u2013 Roscas de tubos paralelos de padr\u00e3o brit\u00e2nico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este tipo de rosca N\u00c3O forma uma veda\u00e7\u00e3o estanque a fluidos como as roscas c\u00f4nicas. G significa \u201cg\u00e1s\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A conex\u00e3o roscada \u00e9 adequada para tubula\u00e7\u00f5es de baixa press\u00e3o. A soldagem \u00e9 dividida em soldagem de soquete e soldagem de topo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-socket-weld\">Solda de soquete<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A v\u00e1lvula simplesmente possui um soquete com um di\u00e2metro interno ligeiramente maior que o di\u00e2metro externo do tubo.
