O ar pode entrar nos sistemas de tubula\u00e7\u00e3o de diversas maneiras:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Pipelines vazios\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>As tubula\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o em opera\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o ocupadas com ar. Bolhas de ar entram na v\u00e1lvula e deslocam o l\u00edquido em seu interior, diminuindo o n\u00edvel do l\u00edquido. Quando o n\u00edvel cai para onde n\u00e3o sustenta mais o flutuador, o flutuador desce. Este movimento afasta a sede do orif\u00edcio, acionando a v\u00e1lvula para abrir e liberar o ar acumulado na atmosfera.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c0 medida que o ar \u00e9 expelido, o l\u00edquido entra novamente na v\u00e1lvula, flutuando novamente a b\u00f3ia, levantando-a at\u00e9 que a sede pressione o orif\u00edcio, fechando a v\u00e1lvula. Este ciclo se repete automaticamente quantas vezes forem necess\u00e1rias para manter um sistema livre de ar.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A instala\u00e7\u00e3o adequada \u00e9 cr\u00edtica para a opera\u00e7\u00e3o das v\u00e1lvulas de libera\u00e7\u00e3o de ar. Como essas v\u00e1lvulas s\u00e3o projetadas para liberar ar do sistema de tubula\u00e7\u00e3o, elas devem ser colocadas onde o ar tenha maior probabilidade de se acumular. Instale-os nos pontos altos do sistema na posi\u00e7\u00e3o vertical com a entrada voltada para baixo.
