<p>ZECO manual balancing valve is designed for accurate hydronic balancing in many applications. It is most often used for heating or cooling systems with domestic water.</p>

<p>Manual balancing valve is a special function valve. It has good flow characteristics. Besides, it has valve opening index, opening locking device and pressure measuring valve for flow measurement. By using special intelligent instrument, the flow value flowing through the balance valve can be directly displayed by inputting the valve type and opening value according to the measured pressure difference signal. As long as the balance valve with appropriate specifications is installed in each branch and user&#8217;s entrance and debugged once with the special intelligent instrument, the flow rate of each user can reach the set value.</p>

<p>This valve can be installed either on the water supply pipe or on the water return pipe. Generally, it is recommended to be installed on the water return pipe, especially on the high-temperature loop.</p>

<p>The electric two way globe valve is composed of temperature sensor, proportional integral temperature controller and electric regulating valve. The temperature sensor installed in the return pipe transmits the detected temperature signal to the temperature controller, which constantly compares the detected value of the temperature sensor with the set value, and at the same time constantly outputs a signal to control the opening degree of the electric regulating valve connected to the adjustable, finally making the temperature sensor measured The ambient temperature measured by the temperature sensor is kept within the set temperature range.</p>

<h2>PICV Working Principle</h2>

<p>When the pressure difference control range is above, the valve tank is completely compressed, the cross-flow area is only the minimum design channel, and the flow rate changes with the pressure difference. When the pressure difference is within the control range, the valve tank moves with the pressure difference, thus changing the flow area and keeping the flow at the set value. Under the pressure differential control range, the valve is fully extended to reveal the maximum overcurrent area, and the flow rate changes with the pressure difference.</p>

<p>The valve regulates the flow rate of medium through its valve body, balancing the valve stem up and down by turning the regulating valve handle, adjusting the flow path and changing the flow curve characteristics. Pressure gauges equipped on the balance valve body are used to measure pressure differential, which can be used to detect and adjust the flow rate.</p>

<p>There are two methods of selection. The first is to use the software for calculating positive moisture content. The design flow Q and the design pressure difference ∆P are input to obtain the size and balance pre-set position of the balance valve. In order to obtain better accuracy, it is recommended that the positioning of the balance valve be at 50-90% of the opening degree; Secondly, when the design flow Q is known and the design pressure difference ∆P is known, the Kv value can be calculated by the formula, and then the proper balance valve size and predetermined parameters can be selected from the Kv value table. <p>PICV valve keeps ∆P constant through the spring force. The pressure channel inside the valve body will adjust the pressure P1 and P2 at both ends of the structure, causing the upper and lower ends of the diaphragm respectively. The balance state P1=P2+P spring will be maintained through the action of spring force. If P1 increases, the force acting on the lower part of the diaphragm increases correspondingly, and the diaphragm moves upward, reducing the pressure difference control structure space, and P2 increases accordingly to reach a new balance. And vice versa; And PICV valve adjust the flow rate by adjusting the disc to change the Kv value.</p>

<p>P1 is the pressure of water supply, P2 is the pressure of backwater in the valve and P3 is the pressure of backwater outside the valve. When P1-P3 increases, the induction diaphragm moves the disc upward, reducing the flow area and increasing P2-P3, thereby maintaining P1-P2 constant, i.e. the pressure difference on the control system remains unchanged. Conversely, if P1-P3 decreases, the disc will move down, P2-P3 will decrease, and P1-P2 will remain unchanged. If P1-P3 remains unchanged, and the resistance within the controlled system changes, such as P1-P2 increases, the disc opens slightly, so that P2 returns to its original value, that is, P1-P2 remains unchanged. Therefore, this valve can adjust the pressure changes in the system outside the controlled system.</p>

<p>This valve is the backwater installation method. The control pipe is connected with the connection of the water supply pipe. External type: connected with the supply pipe at the front end of the controlled system and connected with the preset control interface of the copper guide valve at the end; The pressure difference control valve and balance valve are used together.
