Neway is China’s biggest valve company. Neway Oil is the Porsche of Chinese API6A valve manufacturers. Neway had been in API6A manufacturing for some time but decided to set up their own specialist division four years ago and sent their best and brightest staff members to set up the specialized dedicated API6A division. Neway Oil is the only manufacturer in China that make an API6A subsea valve. In addition, Neway also manufactures API6D SS subsea valves. Neway Oil has certification and approvals including Schlumberger, Halliburton, and numerous others.

NEWAY CHECK VALVE

Neway supplies a complete range of swing check valves with both internal and external hinge pin types. External control devices such as damping, locking, and manual override are part of Neway’s expertise.

Pressure Rating: ASME CLASS 150~2500（PN16~PN420）
Body material： Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Alloy steel, Duplex stainless steel
End connection： RF, BW, RTJ

Corrugated steel gasket for 150lb valves, spiral wound gasket for 300lb & 600lb valves, and ring joint for 900lb & above valves or as an option for the 600lb valves on customer request.
A hinge and hinge pin are provided and mounted so as to permit full movement of the disc.
Standard renewable seat welded seat with stellite 6 while optional screwed-in seat.
Standard swing disc type; used in a horizontal position for liquid service application.
Normal provision for a drain tapping, while additional bosses are on customer request.

Neway cast steel gate valves are reliable, offering a tight shut-off and low-pressure drop. The design covers a wide range of requirements to meet any customer need from general to severe service conditions.

Long thread stem nut prolongs tread life and permits the removal of the hand wheel in the fully open position.
