Ceramic V-Port Ball Valve with ceramic lined body and tungsten carbide coated ball for lime slurry
The medium is abrasive lime slurry and there are large size solid particles that can’t be screened by the strainer. Normally the ball of the ceramic ball valves is in the material of ceramic., but when there are large size solid particles, the ceramic ball may be broken during opening and closing. So we use an F316 ball with tungsten carbide coating and a ceramic seat to be wear-resistant against the abrasive lime slurry.
The ceramic V-port ball valve is equipped with a Pneumatic actuator, ROTORK positioner, SMC air filter, and regulator to control the flow precisely.
