The hydraulic balance device is reasonably set in the heating and air conditioning water system. This is a new solution and effective technical measures to solve the system hydraulic imbalance, reduce system energy consumption, create a comfortable artificial environment.
The setting principles are as follows:
(1)For a constant flow system, the designer should first achieve the hydraulic balance of each loop through the piping and system design, that is, “design balance”. When it is impossible to achieve “design balance” due to pipe diameter, flow rate, etc., static (manual) hydraulic balance valve should be considered to achieve hydraulic balance by initial adjustment. When the design thinks that the system may be caused by operation and management reasons (such as the change of the number of pumps running, etc.), it may cause a large fluctuation of water volume. It is better to use a dynamic flow balance valve with higher valve authority and higher resistance (also called self-power). Flow control valve).
(2)For the variable flow system, except for some places requiring specific flow rate (for example, in order to protect the normal operation of specific equipment or special requirements), dynamic flow balance valve should not be installed in the system, but dynamic pressure difference control valve (also known as self-operated pressure difference control valve and pressure difference regulator).
(3)Except for the small-scale heating system, which can satisfy the hydraulic balance by calculation, the outdoor heating pipeline is generally longer and the calculation is not easy to achieve the hydraulic balance. In order to avoid hydraulic imbalance caused by improper design, static hydraulic balancing valves should be installed at the thermal entrance of buildings in general heating systems, and dynamic flow balancing valves (for fixed flow water systems) or dynamic pressure difference control valves (for variable flow water systems) should be set up according to hydraulic calculation and the regulation methods adopted by heating systems in buildings. Otherwise, the imbalance problem will not be adjusted. Century Star introduced that dynamic flow balance valve should be installed at the thermal entrance of indoor vertical single-pipe spanning heating system when it needs to be set up after hydraulic calculation. For indoor double-pipe heating system, dynamic differential pressure control valve should be installed at its thermal inlet.
(4)The dynamic balance electric regulating valve should be installed in the water supply and return pipeline of combined air conditioner and fresh air unit. The valve has better regulating performance than the ordinary electric regulating valve.
