What is a 1″ Threaded Ball Valve?
This 2-way ball valve from Tameson with a nominal diameter of 25 mm is designed for on/off flow control.
The valve has G 1 inch threaded ports. This is BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel. With our range of 1 inch fittings, the valve can be installed in any pipe.
2-Way male threaded brass ball valve with G 1 inch ports and a handle for on/off flow control. 25 mm nominal diameter and a maximum pressure of 40 bar (580 psi).
How does a 1″ Threaded Ball Valve work?
Use the handle to operate the valve. By rotating it 90 degrees, the valve will open or close. If the handle is perpendicular to the pipe, the valve is closed. This valve is not suitable for electrical or pneumatic control.
