The Working Principle of Float Level Control Valve
The float level control valve has the function of automatically opening and closing the pipeline to control the water level. It is a liquid level control valve that can generate a multi-point switch signal by using a magnetic floating ball. A reed switch is installed at different heights in the duct. When the magnetic float floats up and down with the change of liquid level, the magnetic steel in the float causes the electric shock of the upper and lower reeds of the corresponding position to be pulled or disconnected, a switching signal is issued, and due to the self-holding function, it is not afraid of power failure. After the power is restored, the working state of the contact can still faithfully reflect the real situation of the liquid level of the tested medium. The switching signals are classified into Class A (normally open, i.e., type of being moved then connected) and Class B (normally closed, i.e., type of being moved then disconnected) (decided according to the bottom-up movement of the float), and the user selects it as needed. It is suitable for various automatic water supply systems of water (pool) in industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings, and can be used as a circulating water supply control valve for atmospheric pressure boilers. The float liquid level control valve is small in size, easy to install, high in sensitivity, small water loss and no water hammer phenomenon. Because the small float controlling can greatly improve the utilization of the water tower, the upper part of the water tower is reserved for the new water tower due to the decrease of the volume of the float. The height required for free floating of the float ball reduces the cost of the water tower. This controlling valve overcomes the drawbacks of large-scale, easy-to-damage, low working pressure and large overflow of old-fashioned floating ring valves, which is the most ideal and suitable product for building new water towers and replacement of old-fashioned float valves.
Working principle:
When the water level in the pool or water tower drops and the float valve opens the drain, there is pressurized water in the inlet pipe to lift the piston inside the valve, the sealing surface is opened and the valve can start to supply water. When the water level rises to the controlling valve, the float valve is closed, the piston moves down to close the sealing surface and the valve stops the water supply thereby.
