Ⅰ. Composition of hydraulic forged ball valve
The hydraulic forged steel ball valve consists of an electric actuator and a three-way ball valve.
Changing the relative position of the ball core and the pipeline can achieve different combined control of the three pipeline fluids. The hydraulic forged steel ball valve uses single-phase alternating current as of the power source and through the single-phase power switch to drive the reversible single-phase gear reducer motor. The hydraulic forged steel ball valve realizes the reversing effect of the pipeline fluid by the specified combination requirements.
The T-shaped three-way can make the three orthogonal pipelines communicate with each other, not only has the function of splitting (merging), and can make two of the pipelines connect and cut off the other pipeline. The L-shaped three-way flow path can only connect two orthogonal pipes or switch directions.
Ⅱ. Replacement of working sealing ring of hydraulic forged ball valve
- 1. Subject to the long-term erosion of high-pressure and high-speed water, the surface of the valve body moving sealing ring and the spherical sealing ring will be damaged to a certain extent. If the surfaces of the two sealing rings are severely damaged, and the damaged area is too large, the hydraulic forged steel ball valve seal will appear. If the amount of water leakage increases, it must be replaced.
- 2. The valve body repair sealing ring and the working sealing ring are movable, and the sealing ring adopts the Yx type cross-section sealing ring to seal the sliding surface. Long-term use will be worn and gradually lose elasticity, which will inevitably cause the valve body to fail to work normally and need to be replaced in time; Oil and water mixing will occur if the sealing drive uses a hydraulic station to supply oil and the sealing surface leaks. If the oil and water mixing is serious, it indicates that the sealing surface of the ball valve is not effective after the hydraulic forged steel ball valve body sealing ring is put into it. It will adversely affect the use of the hydraulic system, and the sealing ring should be replaced at this time. When replacing, follow the procedure for replacing the spherical seal ring.
- 3. It should be noted that, for slight scratches on the surface of the spherical sealing ring, check and execute it according to the following methods.
Observe the sealing surface of the spherical sealing ring and the spherical sealing ring. If the sealing surface has only a few dents or scratches, it can be repaired with a welding rod, then polished and polished to repair; the spherical sealing ring can be repaired with repair welding. Before disassembling the sealing ring, mark the adjacent parts of the ball body and the hydraulic forged steel ball valve body to facilitate reinstallation in the original corresponding position after repair.
