What is the function of float level valve in stainless steel water tank

Now stainless steel water tanks are applied to life by more and more people. We all know that in addition to the water tank plate, there are a lot of accessories in the stainless steel water tank, such as bracing, support, channel steel and float ball. And what role does the float ball valve play in the stainless steel water tank?

The float ball valve regulates the amount of liquid supplied by controlling the liquid level. When the water rises, the float ball rises with it. The connecting rod is connected to a valve at the other end. When the valve reaches a certain position (the water covers the float ball), the connecting rod will support a rubber piston pad to seal off the water source. As the water level drops, the float also drops, and the connecting rod drives the piston pad to open.

Each stainless steel water tank has a water inlet and a water outlet. The float ball valve that we talk about today is for blocking water inlet when the stainless steel tank is full of water. When putting water in the stainless steel water tank, the float ball will float on the water. When the water rises, the float will rise with it. When the water tank is full, the floating ball will block the water inlet of the stainless steel tank. The size of the float ball is determined by the size of the water inlet of the tank, and the floating ball should be provided for the water tank with the same caliber, with one inlet matching one float ball valve.
