2、The valve cannot fill with grease
⑴The sealing pressure in the valve shaft (stem) shall not exceed 20.68mpa when the grease injection operation is carried out. Once the pressure is exceeded, the grease gun should be checked for faults and the outlet valve at the grease outlet of the grease injection gun should be opened.
⑵If the valve grease gun is trouble-free, please check whether the grease nozzle is blocked, that is, slowly twist the grease nozzle and install it in the grease outlet hole of the grease gun. Through the grease injection into the grease nozzle, observe whether the grease injection nozzle can produce grease. If the grease injection nozzle can produce grease, it is necessary to check the one-way valve located in the grease injection hole downstream of the grease injection nozzle, and use special tools to screw it out for inspection.
3、Uneven fat output from fat injection hole
